We had a nice family stay for Packers Family Night and it was a great location. Everything was clean and it was easy to check in and out. There were a few things that came up. First, the pull out sofa downstairs was broken and the response was 'yes we knew about that' (vs. telling us ahead of time) We did find a blow up mattress in the bathroom so we used that instead which was a good substitute. The Keurig was broken but they offered to replace that ASAP so that was great! Last, a smoke detector went off at 1am (which is out of their control) but some back up batteries might be something to keep on hand in the future. Overall, everything went smooth and about what we expected in terms of size, location, etc.

This is one of the nicest places we've stayed and with the perfect layout. It was cozy and had all the necessities for our stay. It was also very clean, modern, and easy to walk to all of the sites you want to see. Definitely a 5 star and highly recommended.

This property worked well for our family reunion with the outside space and multiple bedrooms. Very clean. Only 4 coffee cups was our only complaint!

This is the perfect location for visiting Lambeau, Titletown, Resch Center and many restaurants/breweries. Beautiful updates throughout, including a great garage space and patio with TVs, gas grill and games. Nicely stocked kitchen, but would recommend a better coffee maker and additional mugs. Our only issue was the HVAC did not work during our visit. We received quick response from Stay Green Bay, but the service technician did not fix the problem. We would still recommend this property.

Perfect place for a family weekend to celebrate the holidays. We loved the garage for gathering and playing giant Jenga!

The property comes as advertised, a block from Lambeau Field, not much more that you could ask for in that regard as long as you’re a Packers fan! The house itself was extremely cleanly and ready when we arrived, and the amenities did not disappoint. The garage was a great hangout spot for our large group of friends that went, and the kitchen and grill were very open and useful for us to cook our meals! The living area and room in general made it a good place to relax and have a home base for us to do what we wanted in Green Bay! Plus, the bedrooms the place has are very good for groups with couples as it allowed some privacy for everyone when it came time to sleep. The owners were very responsive and helpful with questions throughout the process and allowed us to be able to relax during our stay because of how at ease we were. The only minor item that was an issue were that many tv remotes in the bedrooms had no batteries, so it was hard to get those tvs to work. However in the main areas of the house they worked and those were where we watched the the most anyways. Overall a wonderful experience and a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Green Bay!

This home was part of 3 that we rented to celebrate a 90th bday. Several adult cousins/couples stayed in this home - one with an infant. Most the beds were very comfortable.. a couple had the plastic mattress covers on them which was a little obnoxious for the adults. We didn’t use the outdoor space here as the neighboring house was where we gathered for the family events — but it was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. there is not a lot of indoor entertaining space in this home in the event of bad weather, but the garage space and out door are very nice for entertaining.

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette party and it was great! Walkable distance to nearby bars and would be a great place to stay if you have a large group going to an event at Lambeau Field or the Resch Center. The only thing that could make this property even better is having lighting in the backyard so it can continue to be used as an outdoor hangout space as it gets dark out, but the garage amenities make up for that in the overall rating of the space. Would stay again!

Excellent house and host. The location couldn’t be any better for a packers home game!! The house was decorated nicely and the garage was awesome.

Place is great, location location, location for staduium, bars, and Door County day trips. Need broom/swifer and a luggage stand/place for the suitcase since there's no dressers. But all the prior review issues, blinds and towels were all resolved by our stay and the place was great.

I rented this property to host my friends for my 50th birthday. All were coming from other states and most had never been to Lambeau. When we arrived, we noticed the recycling bin and garbage can was already 90% full and according to the check in email, garbage pick up in that neighborhood is Thursday so it’s obvious that no one came to pull the bins to the end of the driveway after the last guests. The house does have plenty of room for large groups but not enough basic essentials. For 16 of us, there were four coffee cups and 12 towels. I asked in advance if we needed to bring linens for the pull out couches or extra towels because we would be using all available sleep space. The response was the house had enough. That was not true at all. There were no extra sheets, blankets for the pull out couches or towels. The beds only have a thin blanket and no top sheet. But for some reason each room had extra pillow cases. The friends on the pull out couches had no covers. FYI: The furnace blower is extremely loud and kept waking everyone up. Most disappointing is the Wifi and TVs were not working properly. I tried calling but it was as if the call was picked up and then immediately hung up. I sent a text immediately after, the response was they were checking with spectrum. When I asked for an update, later, the response was, “I put a ticket in” Two guests are IT professionals and could not figure it out, as we could connect to wifi but then it would not allow apps to be launched in the Tvs or our phones. There are no instructions anywhere in the house either. At 5am an email was sent to say service was restored and could I confirm. I responded that it was still not working and the response was “we have five other houses on that block and the service is just fine.” I tried to explain further and then never heard from them again. We missed all the college games, pre-game coverage and the rest of the NFL games. The second night there was only five of us so we could take blankets from other beds but for what this place cost, you could get 5 rooms at the Lodge Kohler and truly have a 5 star experience. I called the day after checkout and spoke to the property manager and it turns out, she was the person I had texted and emailed. I gave her some advice that when guests are struggling to get things working at the property, better to answer the phone so there is a true understanding of what is going on and send someone out to assist.

The property was in great condition and very clean. A group of friends stayed here for a weekend and the house was spacious, had plenty of entertainment space, and the backyard was great for yard games.

This property worked out great for our family of 15! The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked for cooking in. The garage which opened to the backyard was a fun place to hang out. The kid’s sandbox was a nice touch. Property was clean and location was great - walking distance to many fun destinations. It would have been nice to have some blinds in the bedroom windows and enough bath towels for each guest though. Great place to make lots of fun family memories. Would stay again !

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property itself. The location is great, with easy walks to Lambeau and many restaurants/bars. The house has been remodeled on the inside and was perfect for us in terms of the layout. There were a few things that could/should be improved: 1) There are no window treatments on any of the windows. This is a problem in the bedrooms, as there is no way to gain privacy from nearby neighbors or prevent sunlight from coming in before 5am in the morning. We managed to stuff some towels and bedspreads in the window frame…certainly not ideal! 2) When we arrived, there were towels/linens in the dryer and in the washer (we didn’t even notice them in the washer until we had been there for a few days). The dryer was completely stuffed with towels, some of which were visibly stained/dirty. There were plenty of towels/linens overall, just seemed like the laundry was rushed. Good property and would consider staying again with some of these things addressed.

Loved this house. Very clean and accomodated our large family.
