Bed was not comfortable Walls were super thin - could hear everything from every where Cheaply built but you pay for what you get - eh?

Very friendly and helpful staff,we delt mostly with T she was extremely helpful.The internet was better that the Hyatt.

I didn't have an issue with anything,the room was a little smaller than I thought it would be but even the television had great free channels.

Staff and management lacking basics front desk skills and randomly charged more money for the stay some days after we left the hotel … charged more then 2x the extra

I had to pay extra for everything! Room was not clean, sheets were dirty, towels were dirty, if I wanted new sheets and towels I had to pay for that as well! Will never stay here again!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional

It was a clean hotel and clean room. It was a good stay except for the arguing crazy guest and the police. It was a scary situation to witness especially these day.

Because there was a crazy man he was a guest in hotel. He was yelling in the front lobby arguing with check in guy. And police were called it was an awful situation overall. This hotel has too many squatters around and outside the hotel. It made this hotel scary and very suspicious. Not going to revisit this hotel ever again.

The cost

The check in process. While I arrived, the lobby was bascially closed, and the "gate" was pulled down on the front desk. I called out, and an employee, "Eli" which was kind of rude said that "they were closed" and when I told him I had a reservation, he let up the gate, and told me I should have read the signs that said call " 500" and someone would assist me. He was training another guy, and when he took my CC, he didn't bother to tell me that that was the actually charge, rather than the incendentail hold. The whole check in/closed after hours process rubbed me the wrong one, so I won't be back.

it was awful. our room wasn’t even ready so they gave us another dirty room. the staff kept giving us dirty looks and we smelled weed in the hallways.

Cleanliness ,nice kitchen area,tv and channels,excellent air conditioner/heater...very very little noise...great water pressure and plenty of hot water for bathing...I'd stay there again...my 4 days was enjoyable...

Staff were kind of "why you bothering me attitude"... The two out of the three were fine... Need a vehicle to get around for sure
