Some construction going on, was understandable. We would not have stayed here if we knew it was pet friendly. TV was on the small side.

Air didn’t work so well so the room was really warm. Seemed to be in the process of renovating, if I’d of known I would have chosen a different hotel.

The lady who greeted us was phenomenal. She made the experience fantastic. Even though you were under construction everything was great.

The only complaint that we would have is that our sink did not drain in the bathroom when we were in room 229.

This place was conveniently located to where I was doing training for work. I was in a newly remodeled king suite, and it was lovely! I enjoyed having a kitchenette. A bonus was meeting new people at the patio grill. When I realized that I had left something behind, the manager was helpful in helping me look for it. Never did find it, but A for effort

The only downside was that because of the remodeling in progress, the hallways and lobby were full of furniture and boxes, but totally understandable

Stove top wasn't working

No maid service, having to go to front desk for towels toilet paper, taking out the trash, etc fine except for no maid service

Stinky, dirty, no outlet covers on 50% of the outlets! My concerns went unanswered for 2 days. I was offered a food vending coupon for my troubles. Still waiting for my $50 "contingency" charge to be reversed. 30+ days. Embarrassed to have suggested this to my group of 11.

The in Lobby convenience Store and Lending locker w crock pots and Games makes it super easy to feel like home. This is my GO-To hotel for my visits with my Daughter and Grandson!! Can't wait for the next visit!

Nothing could be better! I love this Hotel and their Staff and will always book here when in this area.

Didn't like anything beds was broke fridge made noises just a bad choice on my part

First night dirty dishes in dishwasher, stains everywhere on the floor, bed broke, pot smell , second night pot smell pealing paint things were broke would not stay here again what we paid was rediculaous checked reviews were all good .we asked for conjoining rooms said they would ended up our kids were down the hall were lied too!

no hair dryer, no chair or couch in room, beds were TINY, tried to upgrade to a similar room with a king bed and the cost was ridiculous, snacks available but cost was extremely high

The shower was hot and the microwave worked well.

The portable air conditioner was very loud. The bed felt like a brick. I didn't have a regular chair to sit in to relax, just a kitchen chair or the bed. I didn't have many kitchen items, like plates, cups or silverware.

Clean room

When checking in, there was no attendant for atleast five minutes. The chair was torn in multiple areas and the bed was broken in my room . When I called the front desk she made it sound like I broke it. She seemed very unusual in our interactions. She gave us a different room but that room had leaking water behind the toilet. The rooms were clean but not up to standards.

Room was in poor condition. Carpeting stained, furniture torn up and needed replacement.

Bed was very comfortable. Bedding was great and pillows were perfect. TV was nice to have. Bathroom was clean. Nice to have sidewalks to walk my dog. Nice that you allow dogs.

Sounded like elephants above me late at night. Fridge makes lots of weird noises but it was nice to have the fridge. Carpet could use replacing.
