The room was really nice I was in town for a dance event and they were very accommodating. Yes

I didn't like there wasn't any breakfast. And I was charged 2 for my stay.

I liked that you had a working TV and a fridge in my room.

The evening man who worked was very arrogant and kinda talked to you as though he was doing YOU a favor. The bed was broken ! There was a rule list in a folder that they didn't mention. Also if you have a guest over passed 10pm the police will be called and you will be removed from the premises immediately with no refund. Ect... tons of Rules. That kinda defeating the purpose of a relaxing get away. Also everything is way over priced. OH LAUGHING OUT LOUD. IT SAYS THE STAY INCLUDED BREAKFAST WICH WAS ONE WAFFLE MAKER (DO IT YOURSELF) TWO GRANOLA BARS OUT AND APPLE JUICE IF THE ORANGE JUICE WAS STILL EMPTY. OH AND COFFEE 👏 WOW! PAY THE EXTRA $50 DOLLARS AND GO NEXT DOOR TO THE HOLIDAY INN. GET A REAL CLEAN ROOM GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT SELECTION OF BREAKFAST WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS TO SIT AT AND RELAX. SUPER 8 HAD 2 TABLES TO EAT YOUR WAFFLES AT AND 4 CHAIRS. ( INCLUDED BREAKFAST) GIVE ME A BREAK. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !

Rude staff. Breakfast was juice and coffee.

had to run faucet in sink and shower for at least 5 minutes to get warm water. No breakfast available even though advertisements stated good breakfast available and breakfast times were listed in the room manual. Evening front desk person very rude and suspicious. My name is hyphenated on my Booking account because it is linked to my FaceBook. My credit card only has one name. Was suspicious about this and made me uncomfortable even though the room was already paid for with the same card I presented. Very unfriendly and not welcoming in the least. AM desk clerk was also rude and difficult to communicate with when questioned about the lack of breakfast. I told him I couldn’t not hear what he was saying refused to speak louder. Was sitting down in a chair behind a thick plastic barrier. Would not recommend due to water issues and false advertising.

The room was clean, there was a decent size refrigerator, microwave, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't need much attention, but the overall service was great. I also like that Bennigan's is a short walk across the parking lot. :0)

The towels were pretty awful. :( So thin and rough.

The breakfast didn't exist. Had coffee and orange juice only. Staff was VERY RUDE. (The younger guy was very rude and curt. The older guy with his arm in a sling was nice though).

Having staff that wanted to be helpful, and not act like we were disturbing him. He answered questions with curt 1 word responses, which didn't answer the questions. Like where's the breakfast?
