My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We have young children but this would work great for couples as well- all king beds with three baths! The location was awesome, an easy drive to the pool/pickleball courts. Some walked! We would definitely stay here again. We hated to leave!!

We came in from Michigan for a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. We absolutely loved our stay. Location was great, loved the community feel, pool, pickle ball and food at the clubhouse were all great. The condo was clean and just as described. Beds were very comfy ,condo was very well stocked had everything we needed. The owner Sandie was a gem to work with she was so helpful and great with communication. If you are coming to Branson do not hesitate to stay here. 5 stars all around!

Great condo with all the amenities! The owners were easy to work with and had prompt responses when needed. The check out process was a breeze.
Location is outside of downtown area so you’ll experience a more quiet environment. The only “downside” you may have is if you can’t do stairs as this is a second floor condo. We would definitely stay again!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this condo. Perfect location, clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The condo was everything and more. Perfect size for our family and fully stocked with everything you need. The only thing that was a huge drawl back for us, is all the rules and none of which are listed on the property listing. For us we enjoy lounging at the pool most of the time and having a couple drinks. What they don’t tell you is you can’t have drinks at the pool and the pool is so busy all the time that it is far from relaxing. This was a huge buzz kill for our vacation and made me wish we had stayed elsewhere. Also the check in process was ridiculous. A long car ride and you’re anxious to get out and start enjoying vacation to only have to sit inline for 30-40 minutes to even get into the property. This is no fault of the owners but just a heads up to other guest planning to stay here.
We enjoyed the condo itself but we would not recommend Point Royale simply because of the busyness and too many rules to just sit back and relax and enjoy some time away. If you don’t mind all of that and you don’t spend much time at the property itself then this is the perfect place for a family.

Property was exactly as described. Kids especially enjoyed the pool and golf and it’s very convenient to the Mansion theater where our event was held, as well as area attractions.

This condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything we might need. Beds were super comfy! The location was close to all things Branson and we also enjoyed being able to access the amenities in the resort. Would stay here again and again!

What a relaxing and beautiful condo! Close to all of the activities that we had booked and then were able to relax and enjoy family time in this amazing and comfortable condo! The condo decor is warm and inviting and had everything we needed. Notes from the owner are detailed and accurate. Would absolutely recommend this stay! 👍

Overall we really, really enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as described, she had a Christmas tree up and even left a gingerbread house kit! Which was great because we had kids there. The decor was nice, 3 bathrooms was great, and we used the playing cards a lot in the evenings! Overall very, very pleased! The only thing we didn't love was we all agreed the beds could use some mattress pads for comfort.

This condo was just as it stated in the listing. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults to eat and sleep. We were not there enough for lounging around really as we shopped and spent time at SDC. I would Recommend this condo to others and would stay here again.

This condo at Pointe Royale is very nice, clean, 3 king beds with 3 full baths, great location, entry is gated and staffed 24/7, great outdoor and indoor pool very close to unit. Beautiful golf coarse, this one is a 5 star unit.

This 3 bedroom property was great for the 8 that stayed. We all had ample room and could have slept more if needed. Great spot. We will be back

We have never stayed in a property that was as dirty as this one. Dust and hair on nightstands, mold and hair in the master bath, black mold behind the washer, lint inches deep behind the dryer, all the cabinet doors were askew and creaked. Other than located centrally where we needed to be by far the most expensive mistake ever

We enjoyed our stay. I feel the condo could have been cleaner. We had little ones running around and at the end of the night, their little feet were black. Otherwise, all was what we expected.

Loved the condo! It had everything we needed! Very clean and a lot of space. We stayed 3 nights and would use this condo again if we decided to vacation in Branson. The only negative thing was the recliner didn’t recline. Very well kept!!

It's a beautiful condo with lots of personal touches. We were there with our two adult children and their families. We felt like there was a lot of space and we loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sandy was an amazing host. She was easy to get a hold of and took care of any issues we had promptly. I felt like I was talking with a good friend whenever we spoke. The Royale Pointe property is beautiful as well.
The only issue we had with the condo is that the water in the kitchen sink takes a really long time to get hot. You have to run it for a long time before washing dishes in the dishwasher. This is more of a problem for the owner, than the guests, since she has to pay the water bill.

The property exceeded our expectations and my friends and I were very pleased with everything. We were in the area for a golf trip to Big Cedar and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.
Only minor issue we had as getting he Wi-Fi operating which you quickly resolved when I called you. The VBRO email with the key code still had the old Wi-Fi password and router listed and the sheets you had on the wall with the new Wi-Fi password had everything listed in upper case letters when the router wanted lower case letters. Again, no big deal and it worked great once we were able to log in.

We stayed at this wonderful Point Royale property with our daughter and her husband as well as their 10, 8, and 5 year-old girls. Our week was a pleasure and the property was delightful - exactly as described and expected. No surprises! The kitchen, bedrooms, and living room were roomy and comfortable. We slept very well. The kids liked the indoor pool a lot (the outdoor pool hadn't opened for the season yet - too cold anyway in March).
Sandie was very responsive and helpful with a couple of questions that we had (not problems). We would stay again when we return to Branson! Thank you for sharing this place with us!

First VRBO so skeptical about what to expect. This could not have been better! The rental was clean, well organized and had a great location. Renter supplied almost everything to make the stay easy and feel like home. Rental was roomy enough for our family including two teens. Location was close to just about everything without being so close you were always stuck in the 76 traffic Branson is known for at this time of year.

The condo was perfect for our holiday getaway. The hosts were so kind! We loved it and plan to be back soon. The condo is conveniently located near the Branson strip, but far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing.
