The breakfast was great! The hotel was super clean even with the slushy sidewalks, staff was super friendly!

I liked the room and welcome on TV with my name the screen.. Transportation to and from hotel. Very clean and would stay there again!

Great location, lovely and clean, our room was great.
Customer.Service was so much better during our last visit where staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful.- sadly was not the same this time around. Restaurant food was also disappointing. Didn't use the pool.or gym. Was a good stay but not great.

everything we enjoyed about the hotel, the games room , pool, big gym, really catered to the whole family
the only thing I didn’t like is there cable service was out for an entire day and night. so there was nothing to do in our room.

Very nice room. Modern and clean, comfortable bed. Bright lighting in the room and comfy bed.
The AC was blasting when we got in, temp in the room was 13°C, which was quite uncomfortable considering we were coming in from -20°C outside. It took a few hours to warm up.
The shower door didn't work properly as it would catch on the shower base.

there is no bathtub in the room and the pool was too packed with kids to go in and enjoy. I would recommend having an hour in the morning and evening that is adults only
