breakfast was good

After driving for 6 hours looking forward to a relaxing hot tub and pool we were told that it was not working? I asked how long had it been down? All week was the response....... then were asked if we still wanted to stay? I said why didn't you send us an email letting us know so we would have the ability to book else where. We received no discount and sent and email to the general manager and have still no response so obviously, I'm not important to them.

It was easy to find

This was the 2nd Hampton hotel we stayed in that didn't have a working pool or hot tub. I specifically chose these hotels for that reason as I had three kids.

It was a good location.

Staff were not helpful, when I couldn’t connect to wifi they treated me like I was stupid until they realised they couldn’t either. My kids had massive dog lunge at them in foyer, owner holding it back from trying to maul them. Staff had no idea what to do, couldn’t provide me any course of action or reassurance. Had paid in advance otherwise would have left on the spot. Expected much better for what we paid.

My kids love the pool! Makes for a great lil weekend getaway when we are in town for dance competitions etc breakfast is always a hit

The couch had a skid mark and the wifi didn’t work

clean, comfortable beds, convenient location - close to airport, very friendly, helpful staff.

There was no kids pool .

The cleanliness and the bed was really good.

The fact that I had to eat breakfast from a paper plate with plastic utensils. Even the dining room was not comfortable and the food was not special at all.
