Astonic view from the pool & terrace, very professional staff & fantastic food served with great wines from the own wineyards.

Everything was perefect!

The beautiful historical building and interior design, amazing pool, gardens and vineyards, the welcome drinks and welcome note in the bedroom, the food, the view and lovely staff at the bistrot

Aperol Spritz very pricey at the pool bar, miscommunication with the staff upon arrival about the restaurant and SPA booking, average and pricey food at restaurant Oseleta (bad vegetarian food), bleak staff at reception the day we arrived, a lot of ants in the bedroom

A beautiful building in a gorgeous setting. It was a very relaxing environment. Also there was a nice pool area. The food in both the terrace and main restaurants was excellent. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. thank you!

The room we had was beautifully furnished and a good size. however, given the price point, it was essentially an attic room with a large beam that restricted headroom in part of the room. The breakfast was disappointingly average and chaotic. we also had to chase up our orders 3 times. The same happened at the bar the prior evening. My expectations of service and attention to detail are based on where I stay. so, having an ashtray with cigarette butts not cleared until we asked from our table here I think shows a lack of attention to detail whereas a bar in say Verona I would be more forgiving. It is such a wonderful place and it’s a shame breakfast is my last recollection. I would also have 2 staff on checkout at 1030.

It was warm in the bedroom at night so we had to open the window which did make it noisy around midnight looking out on to the courtyard when the facilities were shutting down and the staff moving things around in the club cars

Very nice hotel in beautifull settings. The food was excellent. A short bikeride to many lovely wine yards.

Really excellent hotel, staff and facilities. Would stay here again no problem. If I had to find a fault it would be that the bistro was not as good as the rest of the hotel but still good.
