The staff was amazing and the owners were helpful. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. There was a little bit of noice from the next door bar but the manager moved us to a quieter room for the rest of our stay. The location is amazing and easily accessible to Fethiye's boardwalk and city center.

Noise wasn't a dealbreaker since we were able to move rooms but it is something to factor in. The hotel is kind and provides ear plugs as well.

The suite was spacious and bright. We had some kitchen facilities (not all rooms here do). The staff were delightful and could not have done anything more to be helpful. Everyone spoke near perfect English.

Saturday night was a little noisy next door. This had been anticipated by the staff who warned us that Saturdays can be like that and they provided earplugs (without being asked). The other nights were quiet.

The property was outstanding , it was exceptional clean and tidy. Our room was very well organised. All the staff from the Co owner to reception staff and cleaning team were all attentive and any information was given and so helpful. The apartment is located close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return and stay here again . We loved it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hosts Onur and Ozgur were so warm and welcoming, and were proactive in their communication. They gave us a typed list of places of interest in and around Fethiye and gave some personal recommendations too. The property itself is very new, has very modern and updated facilities and furnishings, and was super clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a working safe in the room too and plentiful hot water in the bathroom. The location is lovely- ample parking, near the sea walkway, several nice restaurants and cafes nearby. When we left, Ozgur gave us two little bottles of Turkish cologne as a parting gift and that was so sweet. Overall, easily one of the best stays during our entire 19 day travel in Turkey, and we stayed at many many places!

Nothing, everything was amazing! My wife felt that maybe housekeeping could have been better (they did not make our bed- we said no need to change the sheets but thought they would still make the bed), but that is just if we're being super fussy. A 12/10 property!

Perfect location! The rooms were bright, clean and modern, they had everything we needed. The host at reception was amazing and super helpful, each day they would check everything was ok! We loved our stay at Avilia Suites and would definitely stay here again, thank you

Der Besitzer und der Berk waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und komfortabel, und der Zimmerservice sorgte dafür, dass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl fühlten.

Ich möchte Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf eine Angelegenheit lenken, die unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel betroffen hat. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet sich ein örtliches Lokal, das nachts eine so hohe Lärmbelastung verursacht, dass es die gesamte Nachbarschaft stört und Gästen eine erholsame Nachtruhe verwehrt. Während wir die Annehmlichkeiten und den Service in Ihrem Hotel sehr genossen haben, wurden wir von der nächtlichen Lärmbelästigung durch dieses Lokal beeinträchtigt. Die extrem lauten Geräusche und Aktivitäten in den späten Abendstunden haben es uns schwer gemacht, ausreichend Schlaf zu finden und unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Wir verstehen, dass diese Situation möglicherweise außerhalb Ihrer direkten Kontrolle liegt, aber wir möchten dennoch Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf dieses Problem lenken, da es sich negativ auf die Gesamterfahrung von Gästen auswirken kann. The staff was so friendly and kind. They answered all our questions and requests. the owner was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room is spotless, everything is cleaned to perfection. The hotel is located very close to the coast and there are plenty of good restaurants around it. I was stressed about picking the right hotel since it was our honeymoon but this was the perfect pick, we will definitely be staying there if we're ever back in fethiye.

There isn't much to complain about really, I did not like the blankets as they were very thin and I don't like the weight of thin blankets. When I informed the owner he said that another guest complained and that he will buy thicker blankets so the guests can have the option.

Superb location, the bedroom was immaculate, the kitchen and the utensils provided were also immaculate. Big walk in shower, plenty of towels and toiletries. Lovely little balcony and plenty of space to hang out your washing (the room has a modern washing machine). Pool is perfect size, there was always loungers free and they provided free water. Loads of lovely local restaurants (with live music) on the doorstep and 20 min stroll to the town centre. The place is great, we were made to feel welcome from the time we got there to the time we left I cant recommended it enough.

The view at the rear isn't great as it overlooks wasteland but that didn't bother us at all. The tap in the room was loose - we did report it but it didn't get sorted - again super minor as it worked its just moved around a lot. Easy fix that.

Clean, well maintained property. Nice pool with towels provided. Fantastic gym on site with all the equipment you require. Close to the waterfront. Friendly & helpful staff & owners.

This property definitely exceeded our expectations! The co-owners / hosts were really kind and went out of their way to be helpful - it was far more than just staying in a self catered apartment and we were constantly offered coffee / water / candy / extra towels etc when coming and going.

The room was a good size and very light, despite not having a balcony (my fault). The shower was lovely. There was a decent amount of equipment in the kitchen area. The owner (?) and other staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a small pool with pleasant seating area. Parking available in front of the hotel. Quiet area very close to coastline with many restaurants and bars and 10 minutes walk into Fethye centre.

The staff we met were so lovely. Our plane was delayed and we didn't have a way of contacting them prior to check in. They stayed back late to make sure we could get into our room which was amazing. It was so clean and the facilities were lovely. The room had everything we needed. It was the small things that made this place special, the cold water bottles and bag before a trip to the beach were a special touch.

The walk into town was probably a bit longer than we anticipated, however it was easy and along a beautiful stretch of coastline.

Good location, can walk to fethiye old town, easy to park in front of the house, big room, clean and new facilities, nice personal with easy and fast communication via whatsapp.

The restaurant next door plays music everyday, if wanna sleep early better use earplugs, it works without problem.

The apartment was small but very comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the washer was a bonus. Location was very close to a good breakfast restaurant and many other restaurants on the waterfront. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was always available.

The only downside was late night noise that came from the near by restaurant. When we checked in we were given ear plugs. On the third night we found out why. It was more comical than bothersome but could be a problem for some.

Everything was perfect: location, 3 min for a walk to a seafront, very stylish villa, clean and comfort rooms, and a million thanks to staff, we felt ourselves like we are at home❤️

Easy collection: we arrived after the check-in closed, but we had no trouble being in contact with the host who gave us the key with a guide to the building. There is a very very well equipped gym! this is great! Also a nice clean swimming pool. The rooms are super nice, bed comfortable. The location is great as it is quite at night but still at 2 minutes from the port area where most restaurants are. All in all, great 10/10

Very clean and stylish apartments next to the beach, city center and huge grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay in that place, because of politeness of staff and modern design of the apartment.
