Great place, had everything we needed and was very clean!

This cute little place was very clean and had comfortable beds! It was a great place to relax while we enjoyed Pagosa Springs. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well while we were there. The condenser is out on the deck. It was very loud when it attempted to turn on and it was looked like something had fell on it and smashed it. The deck also looked as if it could use some repairs too. We did enjoy using the very nice gas grill to cook up some hot dogs.

Let me first say the location of this rental was lovely. Tons of walking paths, local coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty blankets and sheets. ,Furniture was stained but there was ample seating in the main areas and dinning table. Kitchen was clean with spices, coffee filters and all the necessities. However, we had to use a flat object to start the dishwasher as the countertop was obviously changed after the washer was installed or the other way around. Meaning you couldn't reach the switch to start it. The plates were all plastic some melted and unusable. We called about the air conditioning that didn’t work. Looked at the air conditioner unit that was situated on the outside deck. It was completely smashed, hot to the touch and the fan didn’t turn. Called the local rep who said they would send someone the next day. Was never contacted again about maintenance coming. Wi-Fi was spotty. Again contacted the local contact person. Was told that this was common for pagosa. We ignored it another 4 hours but still no resolve. Let them know again it wasn’t working. They said they could have someone over the next morning. All the TV’s are run from internet so we had no entertainment or access to internet for the entire day. Neighbors had internet so it was an internal problem. The seating outside on the patio were all trashed. Half of the straps were broken and unusable on every chair. It was very disappointing. Although most of the stay was comfortable I would never stay again.

Loved the whole experience, from walking in the door to a warm cozy atmosphere, to the cleanliness of the apartment. It was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! We are definitely gonna have to rent another time, because we did not want to leave

So easy to walk to so many restaurants! This townhome is also near walking paths, playgrounds and is a super short (10minute) drive to the hot springs . The space is very well appointed and the furniture was super cozy!

This is a perfect property for a ski trip with friends or family. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is quick trip away. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this cozy spot.

We found the rental to be just as promised in the online listing—very roomy with a comfy living area. The bathroom was large and nicely done. The area was quiet and we even saw some wildlife very nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Two very minor suggestions would be new pillows and softer sheets which would make the king-sized bed even better. Loved our stay here!

This was a great place to rest, relax, and enjoy spending time with family. We were very comfortable and it was big enough to provide a space for people to get away from each other and come together for meals and games. It was an incredibly convenient location to experience Pagosa Springs and we were walking distance to good food and coffee shop. Thank you!

Our stay here was delightful. The condo is clean, newly refurbished and super cozy. The beds were really comfortable. And local access was great. Easy walk to the coffee shop, restaurants and shopping.

I just wanted to let you know for reference that your cleaning staff is doing surface cleaning, which is still good however you will probably have a more paticular customer at some point that will not be ok with that. They are not sweeping under beds, tables, etc. There are also cobwebs on the curtains, in many of the corners of the walls and I rewashed the plates and silverware that were not clean when put away. I just wanted to let you know so you could speak with the cleaning people. Your place other than that was very nice and we really enjoyed it. Thank you!!

The condo was perfect in every way. It was just as describe in listing description and photos. Nicely decorated, clean rooms with super comfy King size beds. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to stretch out and enjoy themselves. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The house is close to a coffee shop, grocery store, easy to go for a walk or run in the neighborhood. Great living room and dining room, comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of room for a family. The deck has a nice open spade in front, good to sit outside with a coffee.
