Loved this place. It was awesome. Clean and perfect location.

This is the second time I have stayed at Boyde's place at the Breakers. It is perfect for me. I love being right on the beach and all the shops that are so close. And Boyde is delightful to communicate with. I will go again!!

Perfect. What a gem!!! Amazing views of the beach and ocean. The pool was so convenient, we were in and out of it several times. Super convenient kitchen with easy access to everything we needed for a lovely dinner overlooking the ocean. We were right across the street from all the shops at Coligny Circle with fun shopping and great places to grab a bite. You can walk everywhere, and we did! We will definitely return!! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located, right on the beach, villa from Oct 10-16, 2021. Villa was as described, and the owner was pleasant to deal with and responsive to our inquiries. Check in and check out were a breeze and the suggestions for restaurants and bike rentals in the area were greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Pros: view from condo is amazing, high enough to see the ocean. Pictures do not lie & definitely don’t do it justice. You are extremely close to the beach & it is just a very short walk. Not sure how you could be closer unless your front door opened to it. Location is good, it’s right in the heart of Coligny which has shops, places to eat, grocery store, beach & anything else you could want on vacation. Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the perking. I ended up not being able to sleep in the condo 2 nights bc there was no place to park. Imagine my frustration coming back from being with family at their condo, having tired kids & not being able to find a parking spot where I didn’t risk being towed. I had to get my sleepy children out of the car, go up to our condo & pack a bag to go back to my families condo. That happened 2 nights. After the 2nd night, I finally went back around 5pm to park my car. My entire vacation was spent around finding a parking spot. Also, the condo was not clean. My daughter spilled orange juice on the floor & when I cleaned it up, the napkin was black with dirt. There was hair on the sheets on the master bedroom bed so I ended up sleeping on the couch the nights we could actually sleep there. The dishes looked unwashed & the fridge was filthy, but the owners tried to cover with magnets to hide it. The building where the condo is extremely old & while updates are being done the elevator is out & the condo is on the 3rd floor (I was aware it was out when I booked it). A neighbor told us that the elevator had been out the last 3 years, so make sure it’s in working order before you go. The pool is smaller, good for toddlers or teenagers but if yours are fans of 3-4ft like mine, you’ll be pushed out bc it gets extremely crowded & is small. The owner ended up saying he would refund the cleaning fee, but not reimburse me for nights I was unable to stay in the condo to do parking. His response was speedy, until I told him about not being able to stay in the condo 2 nights. As of today, I have not seen the reimbursement for the cleaning fee & was told it would be done over a week ago. I would not recommend this condo, there are so many to chose from on Hilton Head Island, go find another one & don’t waste your time or plan your vacation around parking a car or making a bed on the couch bc the sheets are dirty.

We visited for four nights and the unit itself is updated and spotless. The kitchen appliances are in need of updating but did not impact our use. The complex is quite old and in need of repair.

Loved our stay in this cute condo, location is fantastic walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Great biking paths everywhere and wonderful view of the ocean. We’d like to suggest adding a smart tv for the rainy day since cable doesn’t cut it anymore. The complex is adding an elevator which will make it more convenient going up to the third floor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Island. We come down every year and stay at The Breakers. However, it's important to note that the kitchen could use some upgrades. The dishwasher was super old and took at least 2 runs to get the dishes "clean" (there were no dish cloths or dish soap to hand wash dishes, either). Two of the stove burners did not sit level with the stove so they were useless to try and cook anything and the stove was so tiny it only fit the smallest pans on it. It was minor issues but inconvenient.
