The home was excellent. Well stocked with necessary items. Myself, my son and brother were very comfortable. We were in town for a fishing trip and small family get together. Thanks to host and owners for delivering as advertised.

The condo was amazing! Very clean, equipped with everything we needed. It was located in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. And it’s so close to the beach. Loved staying here.

The property was as described. There was plenty of space for my large family. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did being extra paper goods, etc., to get through out stay. The pool was not usable one day and that would have been nice to know, but not a dealbreaker. The check-in instructions were clear but I was confused on what to do upon check-out with the linens. Stores were a short drive and plenty of options for eating out. We went to the beach which says short walk, but if you are taking alot of things, driving is the better choice. We did walk several times no problem but only after we dropped our things at the beach. Still waiting on the refundable deposit but definitely would stay at this property again.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay in Gulfport. It was walkable to the beach, located well along the coast & close to many amenities.
The condo was extremely clean & well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here while in Gulfport/Biloxi.

We had a great time. 3 adults 3 teenagers. Location was great. It was our first time in anything other than a hotel. We loved all being able to hang out in one room. With prices eating out, we cooked there instead, and it is a one butt kitchen but if you have a control freak cooker it works out great. Would stay again if we ever go back to that city.

Great accommodations, comfortable and quiet. The house had everything we needed and more, and made it a Home Away from Home. The only thing that could have made it better is a longer stay for us. We will definitely consider coming back to Mississippi again and stay at this property!

Was nice,clean, decorated in cute beach theme, lots of places to charge phones/ laptop. We were down for cheer competition at coliseum, perfect location. This was my first time to ever use Vrbo and book something sight unseen. Everything was just as pictured. Love that it was gated. I received the house code an must’ve overlooked the gate code information but message host and was sent the gate code to get in and pool gate code. Everything was way above my expectations and would definitely use Vrbo and recommend everyone to stay at A Wave from it All..

The only thing negative about the property was the active train was so close to the property… Quite noisy…But the overall stay was very good..within walking distance to the beach and the attractions were close to the property… I will be booking again and refer friends…

The condo was nice. The pool area needs some daily check and maintenance. I cleaned the leaves out of the bottom of the pool for people to use it. Could use new tables, chairs and ground maintenance in pool area. Solar heat for the pool might be a good idea.

The property was clean. It was a townhouse so any noises from neighbors was easily heard.

Cons: Noisy, there were not clear directions on how to enter the property, believe it or not my biggest complaint was a lack of toilet paper. The unit had 3 bathrooms, and partial rolls in each bathroom with no extra in a closet or anywhere. If we hadn’t only stayed 2 days we would have had to go buy paper…and the last morning we had to move what was left from bathroom to bathroom. Last complaint…check out was very early10:00 am!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There are three good size bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was super convenient for us. The location was awesome with the beach nearby. We enjoyed the easy access to Beach Avenue and took some quick trips to Biloxi and Ocean Springs. The restaurants are fun and have delicious seafood. The kids enjoyed the pool and the space. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, the condo met my expectations. It was clean and presented itself as it did online. My only gripe is prior to check-in, no one informed me there was a security gate and that I needed a separate code. It was not in my check-in confirmation email and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to this code. Definitely, an inconvenience so if you book this condo please be aware of that

Our family of four needed a comfortable place to stay for adult kids (most places we found would only be comfortable for little kids). This place was a great fit, especially the full bathroom for each bedroom! Great touches like outlets at each bed with USB ports, nice hangers in the closets, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Our only complaints were that supplies were extremely stingy- each bathroom only had one extra roll of toilet paper, there were two dishwasher pods, only one extra garbage bag... Otherwise the location is great, the neighborhood is adorable

While the description is not misleading, it was not what I thought it would be. Unsafe area, backdoor unlocked, dingy smell - I walked in and walked out. Stayed at a hotel. Could not reach them (weekend) to tell them of my disappointment. When I called on Monday I was told I would get a call back - still waiting. Yes you can walk to the beach, but not to anything else - not a safe area!

Renting the condo was relatively easy. Getting in, not quite so much because I didn't read my email. Couldn't figure out the gate code until later in the day of our arrival but we figured it out. It would be easier everything was in one email and if the gate code and the code for the condo we're on the same email together each time it was sent to us which I think was three different times. Condo was super nice. We didn't spend much time at the condo. Basically there to sleep and shower and do laundry. It was nice and quiet. Didn't even really notice the train in the mornings. Overall, a nice nice stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Being from south Louisiana, we love to cook our own meals. We wanted for nothing, it was all there. A very short trip to beach front with sun and sand was plentiful. The condo itself was really nice! Wasn't crazy about there being so many other condos around us and not all of them were as nice as the one we stayed in. Didn't realize that until we drove up. Everyone around us was super nice. We didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was always so packed. We enjoyed our stay and liked the location.

The condo was very very nice and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We were there 6 weeks with the horse show at the fairgounds and did a lot of our own cooking. Great to have our own bathroom and tv.
