We had a great stay in Nashville! The check in process was super easy, the host was quick to reply to questions, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our group. Tons of stairs though, so bring comfy shoes!

Unfortunately, this was my first bad experience using VRBO. When we arrived at the location, I immediately contacted the property manager using the VRBO app to inform him that we had arrived, and the place was filthy. I explained what I was dissatisfied with, and he informed me that he would send someone over along with making arrangements with the cleaning crew. His son arrived shortly after we hung up and cleaned the thick dust from the air conditioning/ fans and apologized that he had no idea we had an early check in (we were informed it was an extra $100.00 for early check in, and immediately paid the Venmo request, which I thought was weird since it wasn’t done on the app). About 15 minutes later, two people from the cleaning crew came back and she was explaining that she just cleaned this the day before and it isn’t her fault that the inspectors got it dirty but offered to clean. We also asked for a spare sheet set because there were white/ yellowish stains on the beds. She said there was one extra set and showed us where. I contacted the manager again and explained the frustration and informed him that I took pictures and asked if he had another location we could be switched to. He told me “No I don’t, and I don’t know who to believe because my last review on this place says the cleaning was exceptional”. I offered to provide the pictures and he declined. It is truly a shame, as a lot of time was not spent in the house due to the dust/ dirt leading to coughing. We also

Myself and 3 girlfriends definitely had a great trip staying here. The house was very modern and the expectations from photos were met. I would stay here again or recommend to others as a place to stay.

We all had a great time! My only recommendation would be to put lights on the rooftop because it does get dark at night. The place was clean and had everything that we needed in it. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Good place to stay, a few floorboards were missing in the kitchen are but other than that it was decent. Definitely a younger crowd atmosphere.

We had a great time visiting our son and his family in Nashville. There were six of us at the house and there was room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space.
It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and convenient to downtown.
We will stay here again.

The property was clean and fit all of us. The property was a 10 min uber away from Music row and the property manager was easy to get in touch with when we had issues with the garage door. The only complaint we had was though there is a quit time many gather in their garage to drink and play games and if your in the room over the garage you can hear everything from those who were in their garages, Sat and Sun we heard people until after 4 am. The only other issue was there was a major issue with the trash, the community bin was over flowing and people were just stacking trash outside which brought some stray dogs over who spread the trash through out the property. We did see people there pick it up and they were attempting to clean it up. Overall the property was nice but might not be a quit and relaxing as some might hope for.

the property was very very clean! Uber rides were very affordable. Ceiling fans have issues...living room fan/light had not remote and kept turning on n off by itself so we just tunred switch off no remote for double bedroom so if you had fan on light was on finally the light in other 3rd floor bedroom kept turning on by itself so to have fan on youd have to keep using remote to turn off the light! Very rough nights of sleep! The steps are no joke! You definately get a workout!! Its no less than 2 flights no matter what level you wanted. Rooftop was not impressive! Not much of a view cusions missing from chair 1 tiny light...just kinda blah! Lastly the kitchen supplies could use an update. We had 1 dishtowl 1 dishrag 3 trahbags and there are no bowls or containers with lids for leftovers.

We had an amazing time! Location worked out perfectly with a short cab ride to the downtown activities. There were 12 women together and the (4) bedrooms and (4) bathrooms made getting ready a breeze... one of our biggest concerns....haha..

We traveled with friends to explore Nashville for a 40th birthday. The location of the house was perfect. Far enough away to get really good sleep, but close enough to all the excitement without being an inconvenience. Everyone spread out easily in the Vrbo, we’re very comfortable, and the agency was in great communication with us. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property! We traveled from Michigan for our son’s baseball tournament. Our family of four plus my parents and in-laws (8 total) shared the house. He played throughout the area and this house was conveniently located in the middle, and was close enough to downtown Nashville.
When we first arrived, we had trouble with the entrance code (operator error) and the host immediately responded and helped with the code. I loved the little goodie bag with items that can be easily forgotten (tide pods, dish detergent, soaps, trash bags) they even left a bottle of wine.
The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. It was nice having soaps/shampoos/conditioners provided in each bathroom. We never felt over crowded and always had enough space from each other if we needed it.
The best part was the rooftop, with a spectacular view of the city, in my opinion, it had to have been the best view at the whole complex.
I would highly recommend staying at this house!

This place is in a good location. It has an amazing view of Nashville, which was great to watch the fireworks. Each room has its own bathroom, which was convenient. The company that runs this property was good with communication. Unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest of places. There was mold in some of the showers, towels stuck between the washer/dryer, scuff marks on the walls, a layer of dust on the fans, and even an eaten chicken wing on the roof! For such a high cleaning fee, I expected much better. We also couldn’t use the lamp in our room because the knob was broken off of it and the pots/pans should be replaced.

Our stay here was great. 4 couples + 1. We had plenty of room. We Uber’d to broadway almost every night, a short ride. Finding an Uber for 9 was a little tricky but most made it happen. They’re plenty of Uber or Lyft drivers in that area. We enjoyed the balcony, however you can see and talk to everyone else on their balcony, not much privacy at all. Not a problem tho. Overall had a great stay here.

We had 4 couples staying here, so it worked really well for each couple to have a room with their own bathroom. There are a lot of stairs so just be aware (I ran the marathon and stayed on the third level so I was REALLY aware of the stairs!). It was great to have a two car garage to keep our vehicles in. There were a couple minor things (my bedroom door handle kept falling off, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, the remote for the light/fan in the living room was missing and someone else’s remote would randomly turn our light/fan off and on) but it didn’t really make a difference in our stay. Ubers we’re pretty cheap to get to Broadway, usually between $8-$15. Not really anything within walking distance, but we had places to get to!

We were a group of 10 girls and the place was wonderful. All the rooms were spacious, and clean. The property is not too far from broadway, the average price for a ride $14-$18. Property manager was quick to respond if needed. Will stay here again for our next trip to Nashville.

Our weekend staying at the house was great. everything we could have needed was here. One thing to keep in mind is the number of stairs there is. there is one bedroom on the ground level with a bathroom, but after that, you must go up a flight of stairs to the kitchen/living room area and another bedroom. for the 2 remaining bedrooms, you must go up yet another flight of stairs. the roof top deck is yet another flight of stairs after that. for anyone with mobility issues, the stairs could be a lot to handle. I also was wondering about the neighborhood. there seems to be some construction going on with more townhomes, but this house is not close to anything like a grocery store, or coffee shop. I think I was 10 minutes away from a Dunkin donuts. One of the family members thought we were in the Ghetto. I did not find it that bad, but probably would not be walking around by myself. we were extremely close to the expressway so getting to Broadway was quick and easy.

The unit was clean and ready for us on our arrival, with plenty of room for our party of 8, and all the comforts of home. The location is perfect if you prefer to avoid the noise of downtown lodging,and enjoy free parking. Yet, it's only a few minutes from all the area attractions and easy to get to and from downtown. The unit also has a great rooftop lounging area with a specatular view of downtown Nashille, and the cost of our stay was 1/3 of staying downtown. The booking process was easy and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

The property was clean and spacious with a modern flare. The bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was beautiful. The balcony was an extra added touch. Just a short ride to Broadway, we were close to all of the thrills of Nashville and far enough away to enjoy low key evenings on the rooftop with our friends. The use of the reliable NashVegas cab company to take us to the strip made for easy planning. The driver was prompt and accomodating. Amazing property!

The house was perfect for our needs. Some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Plenty of space for all. Only downside was the queen room on the lower level does not have a closet. Also the place was very clean however the floors have not been mopped in months . Are feet were black just from walking on them. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We did take advantage of one of the concierge services they offered. We were not very impressed with what they did for us even though we paid over $150 for their service as well as and $95 charge for them to decorate for our girls. Overall we would stay here again!

Nashville with family and friends
This was a very comfortable place to stay for 4 couples. We each had our own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the rooftop patio which had a beautiful view of downtown Nashville skyline. We were just a shot Uber ride from downtown and didn’t have any trouble getting an Uber. I would stay here again!
