Bon emplacement, tarifs très corrects. Grande salle à vivre permettant un bon repas en famille.

Eigentlich gar nichts

Lage verwildertes Grundstück, Schlafraum war getrennt von Wohnraum, Küche, Bad und Toilette nur über eine steile verwitterte Außentreppe teilweise ohne Geländer zu erreichen. Fenster schmutzig, Bettzeug vergilbt, Wände mit Flecken.

Located next to the bridge so literally 12mins walk into town center for bars and restaurants. Compared to other properties in town very competitive, next to a patisserie for breakfast, plenty of hot water for rather tired shower

Very hard to find, 2 similar properties in an overgrown courtyard which appears to be part of a derelict hotel, no WiFi, host wouldn't answer phone to offer directions, downstairs kitchen area very dark and felt damp in Sept with 35°c outside

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and town centre pleasant outside eating area delicious baking smells from the boulangerie behind the property- fresh bread every morning!

Self catering, modest facilities outside staircase to reach first floor bedrooms is not suitable for older people

Well this place is quite well situated, across the river from the Chateau. But that is about the only positive thing I have to say. The host was quite friendly.

I booked for 6 but the host thought we were a group of 5. We didn't have bedding for one bed but luckily he turned up and gave us another set but I didn't think about towels so we were a towel down (The pillowcase were damp when I put them on the beds). I saw reviews saying how charming, old worldy this place is but its a converted stable and the ceiling in the main bedroom is unfinished. The beams show through as well as all the bits that are supposed to be behind plaster, this leaves the room dusty and if you have asthma like me then you may end up with a tight chest. The electricity was interesting, only bedside lights in the bedrooms. BUT to access the bathroom from the bedrooms you have to go outside, down a steep wooden staircase, unlock the door downstairs. The bathroom is behind a shoulder height partition from the kitchen (not great for teenagers requiring privacy). The shower seemed to have a leak, the floor was awash by the time some of our group had braved a shower. It did have Wifi and an enormous TV in the sitting room. It was all fairly traumatic, my teenage son was surprised by a woman in a dressing gown (staying at one of the other gites on site) in the courtyard after he cleaned his teeth before bed. I was pleased to leave.
