We were given the king room upgrade when we arrived. The staff were so lovely. The room was right by all the facilities. There was an early morning vintage caravan selling coffee not 10m from our door.

Only downside was the pool renovation not being completed. We understood this was outside of the parks control.

Location

Mouldy and noisy airconditioner, Needed to be replaced, or serviced and sanitised. Did report it to staff with no luck getting it serviced or room replacement

Bed, drawers with sets of Cuttery, pots and pans but we didn't use. Good doubled bed Separate clean shower and toilet area

Room is installed on a platform with a corridor that people walked past. When my friend woke up and walked around at night, it moved and made noises too, if people walked past and stomp loudly on the corridor, you could hear. However, it's a camping ground, the room was already luxurious and comfortable.

Comfortable bed. Washing machine in cabin. Park tidy and even though there were plenty of families it was peaceful. Didn't use the pool as we were out adventuring but looked great.

No a/c in the 2nd room.

Great chalet which was much roomier than expected and super quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was super handy.

The pool was amazing, good temperature and the restaurant served the best homemade pasta I have ever had. There were lots of facilities too so you never had to wait for a shower or toilet. The camp kitchen was well equipped and clean too.

Price to do laundry

The Breakfast was delicious, and the stay was very comfy.

Nothing I could tell you, everything was perfect.

Location and value for money place .Best for a group of friends.It was close to shops and good beaches.

Bathroom was not being cleaned frequently and some off the guest were not doing their part after using the toilets and cleaning up.

gorgeous pool, everyone was friendly including the staff who were more than happy to help with anything, room was much nicer than expected, bed was unbelievably comfortable. good amenities - fridge provided, soaps, more than enough kitchen utensils, bottle of water, coffee/tea etc. would come back definitely!!

Walls are thin so can clearly hear people talking in the room next door

Excellent staff who were friendly, kind and helpful, really nice grounds, a great central location, a nice little chalet with everything we needed!

The mirrors were both incredibly clouded, and it was noisy at times due to the road proximity.

Location was great right in the middle of town. The Italian restaurant was delicious.

Everything was what I expected.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. the ablution area was immaculate.

On arrival I was shocked with the room. I was expecting an ensuite and breakfast making equipment. I must have forgotten the description on the web site. The floorboards made such a racket that you were afraid to get up in the middle of the night in case you disturbed other people. The noise could be heard from every room.

good location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The chalet was large space and kitchen has everything you need including oven so pretty comfortable,

we stayed in one of the chalets, I wasn't expecting 5 star hotel but I was a bit disappointed, it's aged, it's not maintained and cleaned that well. It's ok for a resort to be older but at least clean it. It's pretty expensive for what you get to be honest but I guess there's limited options there. I was a bit embarrassed as an Australian for the foreigner tourists to come over such a long way, they charge so much money and it's so shabby chic. I think if you camp in your own caravan the place is fine and the issues described are not relevant.

Very good location, walking distance from town center and restaurants. Room and amenities were clean.

The rooms are aging, floor is noisy and you can hear everything happening in the rooms around.

I would have loved a kettle in the room to save walking to the kitchen for tea in the morning

The location and the relaxed nature of the park

The only feed back would be the room we stayed in needed a little table and chairs to make it more of a Queen room/King room . A huge space with not too much in it

was so well kept and clean

Basic but clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities in room, complimentary milk and cold water in fridge. Showers great.
