We like everything !!! The apartman is clean and has everything you need! The girl who brought us the keys was very kind and helpful with the necessary information about the restaurant and the way to Cinque Terre! Definitely recommend this accommodation!

Nothing really, its perfect!

More than just a regular apartment rental! Real kitchen harware, some snacks and food, good AC and curtains. Really clen and everything is working. Good neighbourhood with shops, cafés, bar and a close walk to La Spezia Centrale. Eshel & Florentina is the best hosts, easy to contact.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient for station. Sunny balcony.

Located on the 6th floor of an apartment building with its own parking space. There were two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, with only a fan in the additional bedroom. The apartment felt spacious for a family of three. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a dishwasher. There is a small elevator, and there is even a washing machine available for use. Overall comfortable and easy walk to train station and grocery store.

We had some trouble with the lock, but the neighbor was kind enough to help. You need a key to open the gate when you are leaving the parking lot, which makes it interesting when you already left keys behind in the apartment.
