the unqualified employee at the reception spoiled the whole mood at first. There sat a 16-year-old boy who does not know how to work with customers and is not interested in making people happy with the accommodation. I do not want to pay money and receive such a service. Despite the fact that he was asked simple questions: when can you check in, where can you leave things and how to enter the room late at night? There were unclear answers to all questions. When we asked who could answer our questions, we heard something incomprehensible in response. We came later at 2:00 p.m., as we were promised, and we still had to wait, because there was no qualified person in the hotel at that time. In the evening, a qualified woman came and apologized for the uncomfortable situation, the conflict was resolved, but the first impression was not very pleasant.

It was clean overall.

When we were about to use the SHARED KITCHEN on our second night, the director, Elena Kovak, barged in, literally grabbed all our roceries and yelled at us to get out and the kitchen is not available to be used without a proper apology or explanation. During this conversation, she called me a CHINK; I couldn't believe what I've heard. She took us downstairs to try to give us an explanation and it seemed like someone booked the entire 3rd floor where the kitchen is and we can't use it. While explaining the reason, she said "you should be thankful you're not sleeping in the parking lot. Why would I sleep out there? I've paid for the service including the kitchen. She was extremely rude and did exactly opposite of what she said she would in her description saying something along the line of "I speak many languages and prioritize our dear guests..." The worst ever experience I had in Italy, perhaps my entire life. She literally said she doesn't care about us leaving a bad review so here is one for you Elena.

The hotel is close to Venice, air conditioner in the room, bathroom is clean

There were bed bugs in the beds, and all of us were bit. Also the owner heard some noice outside, decided it was us and OPENED OUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION. When we asked her to leave, because we were changing clothes she ignored our request. If you want to be treated like a human - don't stay here. The owner also denied access to the bathroom because "it was cleaned and the floor needs to dry, and you can enter only if you wash the floor after use." Felt like this is not a hotel but a student dorm.

Room full of mosquitos, a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, very risky and dangerous area can not even park the park because of thieves in the nights. Elena was very rude although we informed the arrival time she called and yelled on the phone to come earlier.

My flight was significantly delayed and I was unable to cancel my booking for a refund via the website. However, to my surprise, the hotel demonstrated true understanding of my predicament. They made an exception and refunded my money, despite the booking conditions.

Close to Mestre Station, signed me in 23:00 without extra payment, good price, well equipped bathroom, acces to the kitchen with good coffee machine, comfortable bad and AC. Warm welcome from the owner)

The room is a bit small, glass door looking to the kitchen entrance - need to use curtain. Basically, it's all good for the budget stay.

I love this accomodation. Close to the train stations and staff are great , very much accomodating. They allowed me to take shower even if it’s not yet my time for check in. Highly recommended this accomodation.

Check-in, the office was closed and it took very long for someone to come and open the office Bathroom lights were going on and off hence taking shower in the dark Came late to find the gate was not functioning and no one to assist

The lady was so helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable. The kitchen had necessaries. The place was close to the train station so we had no trouble about the transportation and it was very easy. Teşekkürler :)

Great location, close to the train/bus station and close to the bus stop where you can take a bus directly to Venice centre. The room was very big, quiet, had everything we needed for the stay. Room and bathroom were very clean too. Friendly staff. :)

Good location, staff was friendly, the facilities were great, with a nice kitchen and fridge to put our food in.

Bad WIFI

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend from 12 to 14 of April 2023. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows, elegant and cosy furniture, clean and fully equipped bathroom. Lots of flower outside. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped too. Elena, lady who works at reception, was very polite and helpful. Hotel has convenient location: 2 minutes by walk to supermarket Ali, 5 minutes by walk to the railways station. Trip from the station to Venice Santa Lucia by train takes 10 minutes. We really love and highly recommend this place 😍

Excellent for family of 6. Three big comfortable double beds, with the view into the yard where you can park your car if there is free parking place. There is also public parking right near hotel. There is door to the big shared kitchen right from the room. Close to the station of public transport to Venice and 10 min walk to the centre of Mestre. Friendly staff. All in all, satisfied. Fair value for rhe price.

Location close to the train station it was a big plus. Comfortable beds, clean room.

Strange reservation desk, but kind staff.

Whole area was very dangerous, we left asap the next morning, place is like a war zone, the host is very nice but this is no place to vacation and world traveler

The stuff was super friendly and clear in instructions. The place had a lot of space and a really clean room. Also, super comfortable to commute to Venice.

The lady is very kind and helpfull. One of us make earlier check-in and she was great helping this. Room has a very confortable size as well as the bathroom. Kitchen was full supplied. The location is confortable once it is less then 5min walk from the main bus station and train station.
