I recently booked this apartment for my guests' visit to Georgia, and I must say that the host's hospitality exceeded all expectations. What truly stood out was the host's incredible dedication to ensuring my guests' comfort. Despite the occasional complaints my guests had, the host went above and beyond to address every concern promptly and effectively. It was truly impressive to witness their willingness to make adjustments and accommodate my guests' preferences. The apartment itself was outstanding in every aspect. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything my guests needed, it provided a comfortable and cozy environment for their stay. The host's commitment to excellence was reflected in the apartment's amenities and overall presentation.

Nice convenient location for those traveling for the sea and beach rest
Elevators in the building might be a bit crowdy during the summer season. But it takes a reasonable time get up or down.

Friendly owner. Late check-out option possible. Good view.
A bit dirty floors and the balcony wasn't cleaned at all... Also, there was unpleasant smell from bathroom.

Owner was rude and impolite

Location is good, also the rooms have a modern finish.
The host is very rude, this apartment is in orbi city hotel, owned by a private owner, however she hasn't mentioned that anywhere on booking.com, because of which we had a hard time locating it. Then she made us wait after the check in time for more than one hour, and we were traveling with kids and parents, and her response to this delay was very rude. There was some confusion regarding the money exchange rate, in which the host used words like shut up and this is my apartment, I will call the police, which was unnecessary and inappropriate coz we were ready to pay her.

The location is decent, close to sea and the boulevard but that was about it. Only lots of hotels nearby.
Since only a few shops were close by, they were packed with people from this hotel - so buying groceries was a bit annoying. (note: this is not an issue if you use Wolt or Glovo to get deliveries, the couriers will bring them to your door, no issues so i recommend this method.)
Going to the beach required less than 5 minutes which was a huge plus. The boulevard was very busy and full of all sorts of attractions, such as: carnival rides, small souvenir shops, food stands, volleyball and football fields, music and dance performances, bike rentals ( 1, 2 or 4 people bikes), small electric vehicles ( carts and scooters), the boulevard has a dedicated wide bike lane and is quite long so its a joy riding along it.
Room itself was nice, air conditioner worked great, roomy, lots of pillows, towels, free shampoo and soap and all that, tv, big mirror, lots of power outlets, an iron, great lighting, 2 chairs and a table (although it was mildly wobbly) available, which was nice. Go there after the sun sets and you'll enjoy a wonderful evening just walking along it, trust me.
balcony did have a sea view though it looked more from the side and not the front. Regardless it covered the angle at which the sun set so you could thee the beautiful sunset from it. Another set of chairs and a table on the balcony as well, although the neighboring rooms AC was pretty loud and annoying.
Bathroom was very nice, clean, modern. everything you could want from a stay basically. although the bathroom sink was starting to pool water at higher pressures so I'd suggest cleaning out the trap part of the sink to the owner.
I mostly have 3 dislikes.
Firstly, this is more of the city's problem, but parking was a nightmare. I suggest you leave the car wherever you park until departure, because chances are you'll spend the next 40 minutes looking for a parking spot.
Secondly, I did not like the lobby itself. Lost of people loitering around so getting to the elevators was like swimming through a crowd of people. the elevators were crowded all the time and it was a hassle going to and from the room.
Getting the keys was a bit annoying too. let me put it this way, I parked 5 minutes away from the hotel. went to the lobby and requested the keys. We were told to wait 5 minutes until we would be given the keys. after 15 minutes of waiting I got annoyed and went to the car to start bringing in luggage. I did 2 trips and then waited another 10 minutes on top until I finally got them. so lets count now: 15 + 5+ 5 + 5 + 5 + 10 = 45 minutes.... to get into the room.
Thirdly, the kitchen was both a plus and a minus. it had all the necessities. utensils, plates, bowls, kettle, electric stove, running water. But the issue was that there was no cooker hoods so whenever we tried cooking the smoke would pile up and trigger the smoke detector... this happened twice so I think this is worth mentioning. luckily we didn't get drenched in water and only had a visit from the staff to confirm the situation. But still, we didn't risk our luck with getting drenched along with our things a third time. I suggest you eat out for the meals, Georgian food is amazing with lots of options. If you eat a new dish everyday chances are you won't run out new things to try while you're there. Food prices are acceptable as well.

The location was only the good thing in it, it was near the sea and near batumi mall and some other places, that's all
I didn't like the left, it was horrible, I have to wait so long to go down or go up and my family was down in the 13 floor and I'm in 34 floor because too much people are waiting and too crowded and u have to pay to clean your room and it's so noisy around and you can hear some time what is happing in the next room,

The apartment was easy to find, it was clean, and exactly like in the photos. It has a nice view of the town and the hills, and also the sea. The host was cooperative as well, and made it easy to access the place. The location was also beautiful, and very accessible. The kitchen was also well supplied.
We ran out of toilet paper on the second day. Also, the balcony - despite have a great view, the railing was quite high and opaque - so, you couldn't exactly sit down in the balcony and enjoy the view.
