The location was perfect. Easy to walk to all the sights. The host coffee as gracious and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed including a map, umbrella, coffee, etc. It was easy to take bus to and from train station. Highly recommend!!

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in maintaining a pristine environment throughout my stay. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, as every corner of the room was spotless. The comfortable beds and tasteful decor added to the overall charm of the accommodation.
In addition to the fantastic location and exceptional staff, the hotel also offered a range of amenities that further enhanced my stay. This hotel was an amazing choice, it was last minute because we booked the hotel 10 minutes prior to our arrival. The location was perfect, 20 minute walking distance to the city centre and 15min walk to Genoa Brignole Station. The hotel itself and the hosts were very nice to us :) Rooms and bathrooms are clean and same as the pictures. Overall, we enjoyed our trip :)
The only minor issue was that the isolation of the room was only a little bit poor. We could hear the stairs and everything at the reception, but we had the room on the ground floor, I am not sure how is it in other rooms on different floors.

Basically, you find a home in Genoa. Fabio and Lena created such a great atmosphere for us. When we had a problem with the car, they called their friends seeking help. Fabio even walked with us to the parking spot where we left it. Do you expect it from the owner of the place you stayed. Only if he is your relative, right?
The place is great. Breakfast was delicious. Amenities in perfect condition. Again, overall experience is higher than anyone could expect. Thank you!

Friendly welcome by Fabio and Isabella. Comfortable room and bathroom, good heating & hot water. Simple but tasty breakfast. Economic price. I recommend and would stay again...hopefully!

The hotel is located in a quiet but central area, close to many bus stops, walking distance from Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari where it's metro station.
Spacious classic room. It was cozy and warm in the room, it was cleaned and the bed was made during the stay. Big clean towels was provided.
The staff was super friendly, they waited for us at check-in and were helpful during our stay.

We just stayed one night on our way to Genua in this place. It is a simple small hotel near downtown. Which is in walking distance. The staff is helpful and friendly.
We were able to park in front of the building in the private courtyard, which is not spacy.
Compared to the experience the night before in Bergamo, the hotel was very simple and basic. The breakfast was quite basic -- kind of complimentary breakfast but no real buffet style.

This is a beautiful hotel, hosted by very kind and welcoming people. Hotel is very clean and stylish, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is amazing, neighborhood is safe and quiet, while main attractions and restaurants are very close.

We are so glad we chose the Actor hotel dor our stay in Genoa. It is easily accessible to everything and many things can be walked to from the hotel. Our room was large, airy, cool and quiet. It was lovely to come ro after time out in the heatwave. The bathroom was very luxurious. We especially appreciated the cool marble flooring throughout 😎. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would much rather stay here than a big chain hotel. A fresh continental breakfast is available if you need it. We will definitely come back if we return to Genoa. Grazie mille

The owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful. The hotel room itself is charming, very spacious and cool due to the high ceilings, but there’s also in AC in the room. It‘s very close to the city center.

This is great little hotel tucked away in a quiet street but just a short walk from Via Roma and old Genoa. The room was large, clean and had a private terrace with furniture and a large parasol for shade. The owner was very friendly and seemed keen to please. The breakfast was typical euro: coffee, croissant and yoghurt. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
The mattress was a little "tired" and could use a replacement, but this didn't affect our sleep.

It’s a very solid performance from a 3-star hotel. There is nothing to complain about. My room was really comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. There are nice areas in the hotel to relax and it’s a safe neighbourhood even at night. The owner is really helpful.
The AC in my room was a tiny bit rattly but it’s a constant noise so it didn’t bother me at all. If this is something you are sensitive to you should call reception first.
