The hot tub was great for the kids Beautiful location

When we arrived we had a flood by the front door where a rubber mat had been placed with no means to clear it up no mop etc.. Pots and pans had been put in the cupboard dirty with food still on them from previous occupant. A caravan that sleeps 8 but only had 4 knives!! No bedding for the sofa bed ( I’ve stayed in many caravans and this has always been supplied ) No welcome box as the pictures show and generally the little touches that were pictured wasn’t there, the bedding in the main bedroom looked like it had been screwed in a ball and put on the bed and then to top it off When removing the bedding on leaving as per owner’s instructions we found the duvet stained with blood ( I know these things happen)

Lovely caravan in a beautiful location only problems I had was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and the caravan could do with a deep clean as there was quite a lot of pet hair apart from that everything was perfect and I would stay here again

The lodge was very spacious and in good condition, hot tub was great.

No Wi-Fi available as advertised, no washing up bowl or plug for kitchen sink

Location fab for a short break, hot tub is a bonus, roomy caravan. WiFi bonus. Loved the RAF jets flying over through the day. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like loud noises as on the flight path but we loved them! Nice walk along the river to Tattershall castle. Great for dogs.

Signal for WiFi not great, smart TV would not load Netflix, iPlayer or Prime. Have to pay to enter the site facilities plus you have to book 21 days in advance to get a space in the swimming pools or other activities (some have to pay extra for too). We didn’t pay £150 for 4 days for a pass for 2 adults and a child. There are lovely pubs locally and didn’t see the point paying to go to the site when everything was booked up.

We didn't receive our code on the day as told so we was late getting in the caravan and was a stressful start to the holiday. There was not any hooks to hang coats which was bit of a pain and there wasn't a welcome hamper which was shown on pictures

A lovely caravan, was spotless. The Hot Tub was a nice extra. Overall a lovely little weekend break. Will book again and recommend to friends.

We couldn't fault the property, a very decent sized caravan with a lot to offer. Beautifully clean and smelt lovely - which i always think is a bonus. It is well equipped with all the basics and necessities which is greatly appreciated! The hot tub was just an added bonus to a great stay.

N/A. This property was perfect for us. Only SLIGHT thing is that it is pretty far of a walk from the main facilities, but that was no issue for us.

It was quite and peaceful, lots of seating and space in living / dining area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice and had ‘mood’ lighting.

The hot tub Had 2 buttons in the hot tub one changed the inside light to either green or red but was fiddly to use and the other didn’t appear to do anything? The internet was slow at best so if you where planning on logging into Netflix to watch a film in the evening it wouldn’t work. So could only get normal channels on the TV. I’d also suggest getting some hooks on the back of bathroom door if possible as there aren’t many places to hang towels especially if it’s raining outside. The resort that is near the cavan - 15 minute walk. You have to buy guest passes which you are told what I didn’t Realise was that you had to buy these from the host and if you didn’t buy them when booking you would not be able to get them - this also means you can’t go to the restaurant that’s near by even though you can book a table. However there is a fish and chip shop and pub. - this is not fault of the owner of the caravan but just wanted to mention it.
