The pool area was nice. After construction the dining area and gym facility was nice.

The cost of our stay should have been discounted. I selected Holiday Inn because it advertised a gym and dining/sitting area. I have an illness that requires me to routinely workout. In addition, I am in graduate school and anticipated working in the lounge area. Needless to stay both the gym and lounge were dissembled due to remodeling. The price should have been reduced. The stairwells filthy and during the construction the dude entrance was never locked.

The staff was professional, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too.

I wish I had known the hotel was under construction. I booked online so there was no way for me to know this. However, I feel a little like if there is going to be construction (with noise) upon check-in, the guest should be offered something for the disruption. A discount for the next stay? etc. There as no mention of any inconvenience or explanation of the renovation when we checked in. Luckily, the construction noises did not interrupt our sleep. However, construction was the first thing we saw when we walked into the hotel.

The staff was very friendly ,it was really quiet, and the room was spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable and pillows flat.

The location was great, close to the University. The desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly.

The breakfast didn’t meet expectations on the Saturday morning. There wasn’t much choice when we came through around 9:15 AM.

Our check in person was helpful, kind, and efficient. Room was comfy and clean... Quiet too.
