The property is on a quiet and peaceful street, to the side of the main road, immediately before the forest. We were accommodated in the "Aphrodite" house, which turned out to be spacious and comfortable. We liked that there were different amenities - two types of pillows depending on preferences, the kitchen was equipped with different dishes, glasses, etc. There was a mosquito repeller device, a basin, a mop and other gadgets left in the bathroom. There were also candlelights with candles left for the terrace (no matches or lighter though). The garden and terrace were lovely. The hosts were kind.

Overall we liked everything, but the bathroom could be improved - there is no place to put the shower (no hanger) and you have to hold it with your hands, which is uncomfortable and there is no good barrier, so everything gets wet. There is a cupboard in the kitchen under the sink which had a bad musty smell when opened.

We were allocated the wrong studio. If you are facing the apartments, from left to right are Athena, Artemis and Aphrodite. The page on booking.com for 3 Goddess’s studios displayed the 3 options for the property, all with different pictures matching each of the studios, to which I found the names of on arrival as mentioned above. I carefully looked at each of these and I selected and booked the Studio called Aphrodite because it was a lot bigger than the other 2. Aphrodite is different to the other 2 because it flows from the front door to the balcony which means there is a lot more space in the room to be able to separate the twin beds. The layout of this studio is completely different with a sleeping space a lot smaller. It does not flow from the front door to the balcony like Aphrodite studio does. The studio was dark, gloomy and cramped. I immediately asked the owner if she was sure this was our room, as I said it was a lot smaller than I thought, and that the layout was completely different. The water coming out of the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink was a dirty brown colour. There was no hot water for 2 days because the owners did not think to switch on the back up supply duing periods of poor weather when there was no solar supply The owners dog kept running up to me and barking aggressively whenever i left the studio or returned to it. You must be a Dog lover to stay at this accomodation. I would remind the owners of 3 Goddesses studios of the concept of Xenia. After it became apparent we were not happy, and indeed my friend had to book somewhere else I did not feel welcome. The owner even said to me she did not want me to stay here as she does not like it if i am unhappy. On Sunday afternoon when one of the owners was watering the plants, and I was sitting outside the studio reading she sprayed water on me with the hose, which was almost certainly purposeful to annoy me. We did not feel welcome at all.

The rear garden in an oasis of calm and beauty away from the road and backing on to the forest with good hiking trails and leading to secluded beaches. The bus stop into town is only across the road with the main beach a short walk away. Free toiletries, water and a welcoming bottle of wine 😊. Our host also owns the supermarket nearby and is readily available for any questions that may arrive. Most essentials are available in the supermarket along with fresh coffee. The studio was kept spotlessly clean with regular towel and bed changes. There is a private front balcony, perfect for those evening glasses of wine. The owner clearly takes pride in these studios and does all she can to make your stay enjoyable.

We have visited Koukonaries multiple times so was already very familiar with the area. This property was perfect. In under a minute walk you are amongst restaurants, bars, supermarket and a quick walk to many beaches and forest. The apartment was spotlessly clean, arrived to wine, coffee, tea, washing up liquid, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet roll and a travel cot as requested. The owners are the kindest people, nothing was ever too much trouble. We travelled with our little boy and they always said hello and asked about him. He also had his own towels and bedding. Our room was cleaned every other day with clean towels, linen and toilet paper. The property is one of three and surrounded with beautiful roses, that smell amazing everytime you walk home. Parking was available just outside the property. The property and garden is gated, so it's secure if you have children or pets that they won't run out to the road. Aircon was included Hangers in the wardrobe The bathroom was new and excellent water pressure shower.

I loved all of the beaches such as Mondraki Beach and Agistros Beach. Koukanaries beach was a bit crowded for us but very popular.

The studio was very clean, lovely designed, bright and welcoming. The balcony was nice to sit and relax. The location of the place is great, close to the beach and restaurants.

The studio was very clean, nicely decorated and close to several beautiful beaches. The hosts are friendly and willing to help anytime. There is also free parking available in front of the property, as well as a supermarket just a few meters away where you can buy pastries or sandwiches for breakfast. There are good restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

The studio was very nice. We went to the store in front of the property to collect the keys. The store had everything we needed for food, drinks, beach, morning coffee etc.

. We loved that Olympia owned the apartment and the market/coffee shop. The apartment was cleaned THREE times during our week. Amazing! She was lovely, helpful, nothing was a bother. The restaurant next door was fantastic, the boys there couldn't have done more for us. Loved every minute ❤

There are only 3 apartments set in a lovely flower garden. Really clean and well equipped with a nice balcony facing mature fruit trees. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every 2nd day with fresh bedding and towels. The owner and her family were extremely helpful and always available.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every two days and we got new towels every two days too. It was very quiet and peaceful but at the same time only 10 minute walk from Koukounaries beach and 20-30 minute easy walk through pine forest to some of the more secluded beaches like Madraki and Elia beach.

Prices in the stores and restaurants were a bit higher than in the Skiathos town.

Great location, near Koukounaries beach and near some great restaurants. Everything was new and modern with a great view of the beautiful garden. Parking was easy nearby. The communication with the host was very efficient and she was very helpful.

A shower curtain would be great. Also because everything was new, the apartment missed some very small touches to be fully equiped (dishwashing sponge, some basic condiments for the kitchen etc). But any minor inconvenience was sorted out immediatly.
