Simple and easy to collect the keys from the lock box. Was a beautiful property in a perfect location, right next to the city centre. A welcome package was provided, with some essentials to get you though the first few days. A minute walk from the nearest shop. The view from the balcony was nice. Far exceeded my expectations.

It is a very noisy location, especially on Thursdays. We were woken up a couple of times during the night.

Fantastic location. Easy check in and out. Good communication. Well equpit and comfortable apartment, right in the heart of Nimes.

Steep staircases!

Great location, very convenient, clean, modern interior, nice balcony, cheerful space.

The front entry door to the building is missing a knob. Shower door allow water to run onto floor.

Unfortunately we had a SUPER BAD experience with them. About the apartment conditions we can not evaluate because we didn’t have the opportunity to go there. But the management, the communication, was TERRIBLE. First of all they don’t speak English, so you need to have someone speaking French, because just by message we didn’t get an answer. Our flight got canceled ONE DAY before the trip, because of the Strike in France. And then we start right away our “never ending” attempt to get in touch with them to try to cancel, or even to try to get an opportunity to change the dates, we send messages, calls, emails and no answer. During this week even Booking.com tried to talk with them a lot of times, send a lot of cancellation requests, and one time they reached out to someone on a Friday afternoon, and guess what they said on the phone: “ I am already on weekend, call me on Monday”. On Monday Booking reached out and they said: Oh ok send the cancellation request by email. Booking sent and no answer came back. Booking sent at least 3 times the cancellation request. At the end of a lot of days trying, we asked someone to call them in french, and this time they provided another email address, we sent another email e 3 days later they just answered: We can do nothing. So frustrating to be waiting so long to give this answer at the end… Besides that, before we knew that our flight would be canceled, we tried a lot of times to get in touch with them, because we had no information how to get in the house, where would be the key or if someone would come to meet us. In conclusion, they just postponed, ignored us for days, didn’t help us, zero understanding, and all the prejudice came on our back. It is for sure a place where we don’t want to book again. Thanks to Booking.com for trying so hard to help us.

Bright apartment. Spacious and location in the very heart of the town.

Towels were very dirty with make up stains on them prom previous people. Shower glass with a 3cm opening at the bottom so all the water was pouring out. Very open bathroom,doors had a gaps and had to be careful when having a shower ot using a toilet because people could walk past and easily see you inside. 1 toilet roll for 4 people and 4 nights was quite impossible so had to buy more. Kettle had a bits inside of it and water was not drinkable after boiling and had to rub inside of the kettle to get it clean. In on of the bedrooms no conditioning at all and impossible to keep the windows open because the apartment is located across the bar and sleep was mission impossible. Police came one night because of the fight on the street and literally was flashing with flashlight in all of our apartment windows. Not a appropriate apartment for families with children. As the doors get banged on every night by the drunk people. Would be lovely if this (loudness) would be mentioned in the description that it's not suitable for families and especially not for families. Adults only apartment and who can manage to have some sleepless nights.

Great location, clean and lovely balcony

There was a big problem with the key box, I couldn't get my keys on arrival, nor deposit them on departure due to the key box not working. The occupants of the apartment below could not get their keys out of the key box either. I also did not have towels or tea towels. One towel was delivered when I contacted to ask for towels but a promise of more was never fulfilled.

Great location, efficient contact with host, entry to the property was very easy.

For a family of 4 more towels were needed, plus only 1 toilet roll for 4 days. Door of the bathroom was not private at all.
