Brilliant location and just what we needed as a group of friends. Loved the open plan lounge/dining room - great for socialising. All the facilities were there. Excellent communications throughout.

Ideally would have preferred a shower over the bath as well as the downstairs shower. Some home comforts - books/board games would have enhanced the stay.

Great location just a short walk to Ironbridge attractions, full access to Prime ,Netflix etc on huge TV with TV's in all bedrooms, comfy beds, dining and seating for 6 , all household appliances available.

We expected to be met with the keys to the house but we waited for about an hour but nobody turned up it took ages as I didn't have any details with me , when the second couple turned up he was more familiar with computers and managed to find the booking number it turned out in the end that a code was sent at midday but we never got it as we left early morning to get there, if this was explained to us we would have made provision to get the code somehow, if we were the only couple I don't think we would have managed to find this out and we may never have gained access to the building at all, then have to turn round and go home 150 miles away.... a three bedroom house ,we had 3 different households sharing ,but only 1 allocated car parking place , the downstairs shower room door twist door lock despite appearing to work is overcome by trying to open the door, as was embarrasingly found out on the first day , there was a dishwasher in the kitchen great ...but no dishwasher tablets we had to get some the following day, cooking a fried breakfast for 6 proved difficult with just 1 small frying pan. These issues need to be sorted .

Spacious,home from home house. Walking distance to everything in Ironbridge . Excellent communication with owners. Will definitely return. Perfect house and value for money

Nothing to not like ! At all

Property was difficult to find and we drove up and down a few times. It would be nice to provide a landmark or use ‘what three words’ as advertised in the house info book

Shower blocked on first use. Called Ben. I was Told it would be cleared. Not so. Still blocked the following day. Reported again, nothing done. blocked for the whole 4 days of our stay. Very unpleasant to standing in 4 inches of dirty water. Surely the cleaner should have reported this and been sorted before our arrival or emergency plumber called during our stay. Not good. Shower room (downstairs) is so tiny and of poor quality. Cutlery very poor cheap quality. The kind that cut into your hands when using them. Garden is a patio, not a garden. Outside front and back need brushing and weeding. Patios windows very dirty. Bedrooms are tiny. Not a luxury property. Definitely not a villa

Great position in Ironbridge.

The property was of a high standard with great facilities. It was clean and modern, had TVs with Netflix in the lounge and bedrooms and extremely fast broadband included. There was even everything to make tea and coffee when we arrived. We were only there for a couple of nights but we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. It was in a great location, opposite a park which was handy for walking the dog, close to a co-op and a short drive from the bridge and other Iron Bridge attractions. There were also several pubs within walking distance, 2 of which we were able to enjoy. The owner even texted us to make sure everything was ok for us.

We had a little trouble finding where it was and must have driven past it twice. There were a couple of minor things needing attention, but normal wear and tear is to be expected and will likely be tended to when next decorated.

Location perfect for visit to Ironbridge Gorge and Museums. Good, comfortable lounge and kitchen area. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Convenient for supermarket.

Sending the code to the property key safe at noon on day of arrival - too late. There were only 2 dessert spoons for a property that sleeps 6. No information book in property - we needed help on the central heating. There were 2 thermostats - which to use? Tried both but underfloor heating in lounge barely warmed up whilst upstairs radiators worked very well. No dishwasher tablets.
