This house is ideally located with beach access and close to shopping and restaurants without driving. The first floor lanai makes using the beach a dream. It is an interesting house and would be very comfortable for 2 couples plus 2 children. It is definitely not a 3 bedroom house as what is called the third bedroom is the elevator foyer and has no window. Not only is this legally not a room but it is disconcertingly dark when the door is closed. It is a 2 bedroom house that can sleep 7 with couch surfing.
The kitchen is fabulous and the equipment wonderful; so if you like to cook you'll be in heaven. Oddly there is no way to sit around a table and have a leisurely meal, but bar dining can be fun.

Poseidon's Palace is in a fantastic location, beautiful views, just a half mile walk to Flagler, it was well equipped, clean and had everything needed for a stay. The property management company was very responsive (helped us get the guest shower working and the door lock fixed on the first day within 30 mins of our call and on a weekend!). The only downside for out stay (31st May - 15th Jun 2024) was that for a premium priced property, there is an expectation of everything being first rate, but there were multiple bulbs out in pretty much every room of the building, the outside door handle on the bedroom door to the veranda of the master bedroom was missing (so we couldn't use that), the fan in the guest bathroom didn't work and there was a major building project going on next door (the builders were very courteous, but obviously it was very unsightly and at times noisy). Also, despite the listing saying bikes were available, and even showing a picture of a couple of bikes, there were no bikes available which was hugely disappointing for out 11 yr old boys who we had talked about riding up the beach, and to the waffle house, so we ended up having to rent bikes. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Love playing on the beach because the ground level has everything you need including a warm outdoor shower to wash the sand off and large storage area for your beach toys and fishing gear and coolers, chairs, etc. The elevator was fantastic for unloading groceries and suitcases!
The views from the top floor and balcony were incredible and the ones from the master bedroom and balcony were fantastic as well. Great sunrises and perfect lighting for sunset photos on those balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives and equipment. The two smaller rooms are very small for my adult kids + spouse. One of the rooms is only large enough for a trundle. That didn’t keep us from loving our stay because we loved the whole vibe of the tridecagon home!

We’ve stayed in dozens of houses in NSB over the past 15 years - and this house is by far the BEST one yet. Beautiful house and view with convenience to Flagler shopping and restaurants. We will be returning to this gem!

It was amazing, the house was beautiful, we couldn’t have been happier. Waking up and looking over the ocean watching the dolphins was my favorite part. We had an issue with the elevator, the property manager was right there to assist getting it figured out. (my kids was the problem, lol) We would love to book it again in the future.

Magical Stay
This property was even better than we thought it would be. The pictures just don't do it justice. The home has beautiful interiors with many amenities and the ocean view cannot be beat! We loved how we could hang out on the deck that's just off the kitchen and main living area and see the sights: ocean, sand, and sea turtles. We would most certainly come back for another stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Oasis!
This home exceeded our expectations! The owner was a joy to interact with from our first inquiry until we checked out. We've stayed in a lot of beach homes over the years, and this one is at the top of our list for cleanliness, comfort, tasteful decorations, a fully stocked kitchen and plentiful linens and the perfect location.

There are not enough good things to say about this property and its owner! Amy was more than accommodating and could not have been more helpful during our stay, she is definitely the hostess with the mostest!
The home is BEAUTIFUL, clean and so well taken care of!!! We loved the views, we loved the location - it is the best on the beach... a short walk to Flagler bars, restaurants and shops! We loved every minute of our vacation at Boardwalk, it truly felt like our dream home away from home! Thank you so much for a wonderful STAY!

Beautiful views and great for entertaining
Loved the upper level kitchen and views of the ocean. We often opened the patio doors to let in the fresh air and sound of the surf. The bar and kitchen are well stocked for entertaining and dining in. We really enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing vacation!
I stayed at the Boardwalk with my two teenagers over Christmas, and it was fantastic. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and had all of the amenities you could want for the beach. And the location was perfect, a short stroll to the restaurants and shops on Flagler.
Highly recommend the place, and Amy-Erin was the perfect host! We will be staying again, soon!

Spectacular views and first class amenities
As a beachcomber who loves to cook - this was perfection. The sunrise from the panaroma view of the master bedroom was breathtaking to wake up to. We spent five days over christmas entertaining and cooking with family. The appliances were first class amd chef quality. Honestly everything you could possibly need was available. The layout of main floor is the absolute perfect spot to cook, entertain, watch for dolphins and the view ..the view ..the view!! We will definitely be back.

This house was beyond words. Amazing!!!
We went on a family vacation with our adult children to celebrate my husband's 65th and retirement!! The house was perfect. We woke up to amazing sunrises. Spent most of the time on either one of the two magnifacent balconies overlooking the ocean. The inside of the house was so beautifuuly decorated and had all the latest technology devices. The only regret I have was only staying 3 days!! Next time will definitely be a much longer stay!!

WOW! What a great house in a great little town. We had a great time with so much to do. Walking distance to downtown for plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Walk out the back door right on to the beach or relax on one of the balconies and enjoy the view. So peaceful and relaxing. The house itself does not miss anything. Great professional grade kitchen with professional appliances. Wake up in the master with an unreal view of the beach, ocean and sunrise. Entertainment system can be heard throughout the house and outside on the balcony. Great for entertaining or just relaxing. We did not want our days to end. Really fabulous, we miss it already

UNBELIEVABLE Home Designed Like a Yacht!
Our family stayed in this home as the very first renters since the owner put it on VRBO. The customer services was fantastic and leading up to the vacation, we were well informed and knew everything well in advance. Words can not describe the feel of this home and the pictures do not even do it justice! No stone has been left unturned in this gorgeous, impeccable appointed new home. There are sconces custom made from Italy, a pop up flatscreen tv that come out of the master bed, music piped throughout the house including all 3 decks, and even a pop-up barista for morning coffee!! The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to all Flagler shops and restaurants! The beach is somewhat private because the ramp next to the house is permanently closed. We loved it and will be back for yours to come!!
