La camera, la pulizia e la cortesia.Niente

La struttura si trova in una posizione super comoda, molto vicina ad Assisi ma fuori da quello che potrebbe essere il caos turistico.
Camera estremamente pulita e curata (non mi aspettavo che venisse rifatto il letto, abbiamo lasciato i pigiami sotto il cuscino alla carlona e li abbiamo ritrovati piegati, gesto super apprezzato che ci ha strappato un sorriso).
Il parcheggio è in struttura, comodo e spazioso.
La colazione abbondante, arriva tutte le mattine un piattone con fette di torte di 4/5 tipi diversi, croissant, marmellate, fette biscottate. Inoltre c'è possibilità di colazione salata (uova buonissime), oltre all'accortezza non scontata di latte delattosiato per un cappuccino buonissimo.
Tutto ciò, accompagnato dalla gentilezza e cortesia del "padrone di casa", ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.

Accoglienza perfetta. Ottima posizione per visitare Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Bevagna ecc. Consigliabile sia per chi visita l'Umbria per la prima volta, sia per chi ci ritorna. Siamo stati proprio benissimo.

Everything is fine! Simone - the host is wonderful! Very kind and caring! One of the best hosts I've met so far. Great location! Very easy access and convenient parking. Room very clean - cleaned every day, fragrant and comfortable!

Location is great, very near to Assisi. We just loved the location between the fields, lined with poppy. Very nice garden around the house. Parking spacious and inside the location. Room design is combination of rustical furniture and modern bathroom. Owner was very kind. At the morning you get the menu and the owner prepares you everything you name from it, from drinks (different coffees, juices, tea) to eating (omelletes, eggs, bacon, sandwiches, toasts, yoghourt,..)Very delicious meal, made for each guest, one at a time, but very quickly. Many TV programmes, internet was working ok.

All liked it! Easy to find if you have a car, there is a free parking lot. We arrived very late and immediately received our room, which pleased us with its cleanliness, the absence of superfluous things - only the most necessary, in accordance with the idea of Francis of Assisi. The bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the wi-fi is good. Breakfast surprised: there were proteins, not just simple carbohydrates! eggs and delicious yogurt. Highly recommend this place!
