*) the furniture is really nice, the beds are very comfy (I had a lot very bad beds in the last years in greece) *) WiFi works stable and very fast - thumbs up! *) the apartments is very good located. The way to the beach is not too long, also the ways to Kos town and other sightseeing points are not very wide. *) you can´t hear very less of the traffic from the main street. *) the fans are helpful, but you need deffinitly more ac in the apartments ,-)

In booking com it was described that we rent a HOUSE and it is air conditioned. In fact it is an appartment in a house with other people over us and there is only ONE air condition exactly over the big bed. The children slept not well because it was terrible hot in their small room. When you leave the apartment the electricity does not work, so you cannot climate the appartment during the day when you are not in, like we do this at home. When you are sleeping you cannot use the airconditon because then you are sure to get a cold (because the air condition ist exactly over the bed). When we write something to the owner as he has written we should do if we need something, his answered the most times at the next day to say us that the thing we are asking for will not work. But we do not want to loose a day of our holidays to wait for him. I think many guests would prefer to get fresh bedsheets once a week as it is usually in other places. We got these but we had to beg for it more then once. The oven did not work so the qwner brought us a little one but it is not the same like the big one we thought we have booked with the appartment (house). We thought that the oven would be repaired as fast as possible?! The small one was helpfull, but not the same to work with as the big one. The guests are asked to clean the appartment, but there is no cleaning-fluid for cleaning in the appartment. So we can clean only with water. We have got only 4 peaces of toilet paper and no bags fot the rubbish for TWO WEEKS! In the citchen there are only about 4 knifes, 2 pots, 4 forks,... this could be a little more or could you cook and eat with 4 persons and this equipment?
