We received the best rooms with the amazing view of Batumi, the sea and greenery (as advertised on the main photo). The room was big and clean, we also had a balcony. It takes around 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the beach over a little hill, but there is also an option to be taken there by a golf cart. There is complimentary coffee and tee in the restaurant. We did not have any meals atthe hotel. The botanical garden is very close, a few minutes away from the beach. Not many food options around, so stock up on snacks or eat at the restaurants near the beach. Inside pool is a bit cold, but a nice refreshment. There is also a sauna, you have to tell the workers to turn it on tho, so it needs some time to get hot.

Sadly it is close to the "highway", so it can get noisy and smelly, but we just kept all the windows closed and turned the AC on, problem solved.

Amazingly tasty food in the restaurant! Large portions, one dish is enough to fill you up. Very stylish hotel, well-chosen furniture, pleasant atmosphere. There were no people in the pool and sauna except us. The hotel is located in a green area, not far from the botanical garden (10 minutes walk to the entrance).

The room we lived in was located on the 9th floor, and on the 10th floor there was a restaurant: breakfast starts at 8 am, so you can hear the chairs moving across the floor upstairs. That's why I had to wake up early. I do not recommend taking a room on the 9th floor. The room is large, but the sea view is only from the living room. I think there was another room in the photo. I would say it's more of a mountain view room. There were ants in the room when we left the cookies on the table near the fridge. I thought there would be housekeeping, but the room was not cleaned until we left. Had to go to the reception to get new towels. I had to go to the reception because the phone in the room did not work. It wasn't very convenient.

Quiet good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, spacious indoor swimming pool, pretty good restaurant. But there were several disadvantages. The prices are not cheap, that's why i will list them.

Firstly, there was very bad wi-fi coverage in the whole hotel. It was almost impossible to watch TV series before going to sleep or sometimes even check the email. Secondly, the location was quiet good, but to get the nearest beach you need to cross very busy road. It is not very safe. Some of staff in the restaurant hardly understood English, i guess it may be a problem for some guests. Also in our last two days there was no coffee in the whole hotel, and it was impossible to order simple coffee for breakfast. These are the small things, but they matter. Anyway, Batumi itself is very beautiful, the sea is warm and clean, so our vacation was wonderful at the end :)

Me and my friend had a really comfortable 5-day stay. The room is as elegant as in the pictures. The location is at a distance from the main road so its noise didn't bother us in the room, and the surrounding area is green and cozy. The indoor and outdoor pools are at least 25 metres long and much warmer than the sea. The terrace of a Georgian restaurant is nicely located on the top of the hotel. We took pleasant 10 min walks to the nearest beach with a choice of cafes and not too crowded. Thanks to all the staff - you were greatly helpful. We both hope to return soon!

New great hotel, near Batumi Botanical Garden. Especially thanks to the restaurant manager for the pleasant service and great coffee! The rooms are very comfortable with great views.
