The place was good for the money we paid. It was affordable, on the way to where we were going, Wi-Fi was good and they waited for us although we got there late. It was hot and they gave us a fan to help with the heat. All the rooms were well prepared for all of us and we were a big group. It was a good stay!

The room was environment friendly,clean and neat!!! The lady assisted me very well. She was very polite and friendly. The environmental was very peaceful.

Everything was okay

Place advertised WiFi, there was none and the username did not appear on device as was stated on the fridge. The place stated secure parking, however the gate was open and it was a very restless night. The arrangement of furniture in the room , can surely be improved and there was only one fan, with the beds so far apart- it was not nice at all. There is also only one plug in the room. No night stands or night light, the bulbs are bare and that gives it a glaring light. The bathroom, can be improved by just a few mats on the floor so as to prevent slipping on the floor. However, it was clean. Also, maybe before travellers arrived, it night be a good idea to switch on the appliances when their arrival have been confirmed, just a suggestion.

Very local place with a cheap bar for prison employees next to the place :-)

Booking 30 minutes before arrival brought me the advice to book earlier next time .... (??)

We paid R500 deposit and when we arrived at Urban the owner didn't receive the deposit and had to pay another R750. 1 owner. We haven't received any back pay yet from Orban. Will never make use of Bookings.com again. Bad service after all the enquiries.

Value for money, Bare essentials like MW, Fridge. Beds are very Comfy. Secure parking. Owner and reception were very helpful

Permanent rentals / Occupants and their visitors on same premises. My credit card payment was processed on the website, but Booking was not processed or paid on arrival.
