Specious apartment.

We did not get what we booked. Half an hour after arriving in town, we got a message with an address that does not match the address of the apartment that we booked. Upon arrival we had to argue with a guy (who doesn't speak English) for an hour, explaining this was not the apartment, nor the building we booked. We ended getting a big apartment in the Grand Notch apartments instead two streets further in Orange apartments. Additionally the apartment was very dirty, they did not deep cleaned it in ages. The bed linen and towels all stained. To get clean once you have to pay a fee. There was no toilet paper and no laundry detergent so we had to buy it in order to wash the towels. No toiletries (just a nearly empty soap bottle).You won't get what you saw on the pics, you will get what they give you. Just don't go there.

Environs

Nice, quiet and clean apartment with comfortable bed, good size kitchen and big bathroom. Aircon in the bedroom and tv room. A good place to spend some days. Near bus stop, restaurants/cafes and a 9min walk to the tram station and near the Castle. I felt safe walking in this area even though it was quiet at night. Fabio was very friendly and helpful organising a camping stove for my apartment.

The kitchen could have more utensils and some extra bin bags.

Spacious ! 3 rooms was perfect for the family all of them with wardrobe , well ventilated, what you need for a quick short stay in Alicante . Kitchen fully equipped . all the rooms included kitchen have air conditioning working very well. if you don’t mind explore /enjoy the walk, I was with kids so it was a lot for them . 8 **so we keep working harder and not be complacent . “little details *****

-The distance to the beach / port , tourist area -Wish it was closer to the beach . 20 minutes walk to the port . €10 taxi . - The noise from the apartment upstairs. slamming doors . -No WIFI

good location. good price. hosts were very helpful and friendly

windows look out into a somewhat internal courtyard used by other apartments, could be noisy with the wrong people…. supposed to have a balcony but given a non balcony room can’t complain to much as the price was fair….

Owners of the acommodation were helpful and kind, they solved every question we have.
