It was right next to the beach. The house was bright and clean. We had a facilities to prepare and eat meals as a group. The beds were comfy and the living spaces were okay.

It could really do with a downstairs bathroom. It was a pain having to share the bathroom with so many people, especially at night. The chain and flushing mechanism was incredibly loud so we were hesitant to use this while others were asleep

The house has everything you need for a good stay. The location is excellent for Worthing.

Maison joliment décorée, propre dans l'ensemble, linge inclus, très proche de la plage et des commerces, bien chauffée, idéalement pour 9-10. Interaction facile avec la responsable (checkin et checkout sans contact), réponses rapides, le permis de stationnement inclus pour 2 voitures.

Cuisine un peu sous-équipée pour 10-12 (couverts manquants, peu d'ustensiles, plats petits pour une grande tablée), salle à manger plus petite qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos, plusieurs appareils montrant des défauts de fonctionnement, quelques problèmes de propreté localisés (une serviette et une baignoire mal lavée, poussière). Pour le prix, nous espérions mieux mais dans l'ensemble ok.

Location was excellent.House was decorated nice with everything you need except a bread knife.

Only suitable for 8/9 people.One bedroom was like a cupboard in one of the bedrooms.The front of the house needs a bit of a tidy up we had to sweep the front step to stop bringing dirt into the house.No downstairs toilet.

The house was dirty - it had not been vacuumed, the toilets were dirty and the bed sheets were not clean. It made us feel very uncomfortable in the house.

Super position for the beach. Spacious house, great for meeting up with family. Comfortable beds

The location was great for the beach but I had concerns about its closeness to a place where people on drugs were congregating/living/treated? We had to distract our children as they passed the people hanging around outside that property. I did not find the property very clean, the fridge needed defrosting. One of our children rolled a toy under the sofa and it was rather grubby underneath. I am unsure how the property would have fitted twelve people. We understood that there would be a cot but there wasn't and so the two babies slept in bed with their parents. Parking was extremely difficult, although two permits had been provided, there were no spaces.
