- Location is great for a large family, short walk to the beach and the view is fantastic - quiet street little to no traffic - living room layout is great for large groups - great outdoor area (just needs to be cleaned) - rooms are large - bathrooms are good (but dated)

- the house is starting to get dated and the owners need to invest into general maintenance - painting, landscaping and update the general wear and tear. - landscaping - the backyard was so unkept - no body has been there for weeks - I assumed it would be well kept after but it was terrible - the BBQ wasn’t clean at all, we had to spend a bunch of time scrubbing the bbq to get it clean - unsure how this was missed - internal paint has dog scratches on the doors, again general maintenance is getting missed. - we spent an hour hosing the front and backyard - we have a small 2 year old and everything was dirty and unkept - we stayed 1 week and got 1 shampoo 1 conditioner and 1 body wash for 2 guests for each bathroom? In short the owners are milking the house for all they can get - my suggestion - invest back into the property - I would have gladly paid $500 more for a better experience and I would have rebooked - I won’t be rebooking and looking elsewhere

access to beach, clean pool, great for family, views, wonderful birds and ocean crashing sounds

bbq a bit tired and didn't have cleaning equipment but stated if not cleaned could be a fine. Only 2 pool towels supplied. Large knives were blunt.

Such a bright and beautiful house. So much room and the cubits full of stuff. The pool was really nice and bigger than expected and the view breathtaking. The spa was nice too.

The bed in the ensuite was quite small and it had two single mattresses which wasn't as comfy.
