The location is great & is a nice facility.

The bathtub was dirty. A towel had a large tear in it as if it was someone’s garage work towel. There were hairs in the tub, and a long one sticking out from the stack of towels… easy to be seen by anyone walking into the bathroom and looking down. I left a note with the front desk about the bathtub but no response…whatsoever. The “kitchen” countertop was dirty with what I originally thought was dead bugs. When my child sat up from leaning on headboard, the headboard fell off the wall. There should be 6 screws holding it up, but only 2 were left, one that wouldn’t stay in the particle board. I have attached all pictures from our room but in the wrong labels. It doesn’t give me the option to enter multiple photos to help explain.

King suite was plenty of space for our family and the kitchen with utensils was a nice plus.

Great location next to Big Texan.

I booked two queen beds for my family and was told there are no queen beds available at check-in, and was told to check in at a different hotel next door if we need two queen beds, for a price higher than our booking price. WHAT!!!?? I have traveled a lot for work and leisure and have never experienced anything like this. Hilton needs to up their game on backup plans when things like this happen again.

The shower was dirty. The room we were put in was next to the lobby and was very loud, there wasn’t many people there so we felt we should have had a better room location.

everything! it’s was one of the best from top to bottom and I don’t know her name but the lady that checked us in was great too.
