Just everything about it was perfect.

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and shops. Very comfortable and cozy flat. Would definitely recommend.

Flat was FREEZING when we arrived with our baby, with 10°C shown on the thermostat. It took 12hrs with all radiators on max in the house to heat-up. Seemed the property had been vacant for several days previously. Dirty dishes/glasses not properly cleaned. Tiny main bedroom didn't have space to put children's cot at side of bed.

The location to bars, restaurants and shops was great, great walks all the way along the front. Lovely and clean and easy to access.

Only isuue was parking but we were aware of that.

Ferry Nice was really clean and comfortable with a great shower to wake you up in the morning! We both really enjoyed staying there during a recent trip to Dundee to see some of the local area during the Doors Open Day weekend.

Parking was challenging as it seems to be a busy area with only on-street spaces available, however there were spaces in nearby streets after a bit of hunting about. The property is near a railway line too, so if you're a light sleeper it might be worth taking some earplugs.

Absolutely perfect location , 400 yards from Marks and Spencer food store and 600 yards to seafront

Very good location, well equipped and very clean. Stayed for a family wedding but would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect Loved the seating are in the garden Comfortable beds Clean and bright.

No complaints at all Only 2 towels on arrival but this was remedied straight away.

Well equipped property

Sometimes difficult to get parking on street close to property. Noise from street and nearby main railway line throughout night.

Location was ideal as we had decamped from our own home while disruptive work was going on.

This apartment had everything that you need. The apartment was nice and cosy and the wee ornaments in the livingroom just make it feel like home! Everything in the apartment was just so comfortable and the shower was so powerful. We will definately be back again!!

Location was great, bedding and towels were hotel standard. It was spotless and very cosy, as central heating was timed to come on (October visit)

It was perfect

The flat was modern, comfortable and very well appointed with extra comfy beds! Great location, as it's close to both the shops and the front. Didn't use the outside space as the weather didn't allow it, but it would be nice to sit outside on a warm evening. Can't wait to go back!
