Le lieux, et le personnel.

La piscine était sal, nous avons eu accès à l’eau chaude qu’un petit moment et ensuite ça a été coupé… je trouve que pour le prix c’est inadmissible de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude en permanence.

Het appartement en de directe omgeving inclusief zwembad zorgen voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het personeel is vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. In maart is dit een heerlijke plek om te relaxen.

Jammer dat de verlichting in de badkamers wat beperkt is. En door de aanslag op de voegen lijkt het niet heel schoon. De schoonmakers komen echter iedere dag en doen erg hun best.

I really liked the atmosphere of my stay, everyone else was there having a good time. The room was clean, the facilities were nice, and the staff helped us a lot. The best staff member was Fatima Ezzahrae, she was extremely nice, caring and helped us a lot during our stay. I can't wait to come again.

as we arrived we were given dirty appointment that was not, cleaned that was disappointing, after they give us a clean apartment, was only two towels for 4 people, the apartment wasn’t cleaned good.

The bed is comfortable. Cleaning is timely. Staff friendly. The free spa. The live band. The service. Mr. Gonzalez is very friendly and tried his best to catch up and improve service. Keep up the good work.

The beach is trashy unfortunately. Long lines in the buffet with unavailable food, especially during the peak hours. Very sweet cocktails. No free nautical activities. Small towels.

The stay was comfy and relaxing, the staff is nice and helpful.

I hoped if there was a grocery and boutique inside. The complexe is very good itself, but we didn't like the environment, if there were more organization outside it would be better. The nearby beach is horrible, it's beautiful but it's totally occupied illegally with outlaw young threathening and dangerous people who force the tourists to loan a place if they want to enjoy the free public beach. Same thing can be said for all the public spaces around where illegal doubtful men force people to pay many amounts just to mark their cars, and also the illegal and annoying practices go further to cut some accesses and put barriers when they're legally public and free. The stores and groceries are scarce and overpriced, and people do not have the manners of professional tourisme places like somewhere else in more open and mixed cities in Morocco. I know those things aren't related to the hotel itself, but it's an ecosystem. We made 80km day to a far beach because staying in the area was absolutely a very bad experience. The hotel managers must do something with the autorities and political responsibles of the city because the hotel standing take a very bad impact from the anarchy around it.
