De locatie was top. De kamer was heel ruim en mooi, ook een grote badkamer en een mooi bemeubeld terras met zicht op zee. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De maaltijden waren van matige kwaliteit.

Hôtel avec accès direct sur sublime plage de Diani. Décoration locale charmante, bains de soleil confortables, bonne restauration et personnel aux petits soins.

Petits bémols : salle de bain, avec WC, ouverte sur chambre. C’est charmant mais cela peut être gênant…et lit moyennement confortable

La colazione veramente basic! Cose semplici come il sale sempre otturato per l’umiditá, il caffé non buono, nessun pane al di fuori dei toast, per cena griglia ma non fatta al momento ma poi riscaldata, no veramente una delusione! La piscina dietro all’hotel invece che in zona fronte spiaggia. Il personale alcuni si gentili, altri non parlano inglese e quindi non capiscono cosa uno voglia o desideri o chieda. La camera senza porta di separatione con il bagno decisamente negativo per rumore ecc, ecc! No in generale per il vitto decisamente scadente!

Beautiful place right by the ocean, lovely room with good AC, very friendly staff ready to help for any small thing. Comfy beach loungers. Food was good also - the breakfast buffet selection wasn’t huge but you could get fresh eggs cooked every morning & everything was tasty. The beach bar area is just lovely! You also get a litre of drinking water every day in your room and can buy an additional 5 litre from reception for minimal cost.

Only suggestion would be more ice in the cocktails and coolers for the beer which gets warm very quickly!

Super Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück, fantastischer Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Indischen Ozean. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Gute Bar mit annehmbaren Preisen.

Beautiful location and facilities. The pool was closed for 4 days during our stay which affected our enjoyment but this was for maintenance and was unusual. Communication around this was good.

Hotel were unpleasantly strict around bringing food into the hotel, even small items for consumption in the privacy of the room. I understand that they are trying to force you to eat at the bar etc. but this was over the top. I sometimes need to eat urgently in the event of low blood sugar and staff caught me at reception 'smuggling' small food items (chips, chocolate) in. The bar and restaurant are not 24hrs so could not accommodate late night food if needed.

The hotel is right on the beach so we had easy access every day.

The only thing that I can complain about was that the safe in the room didn’t really work and the fridge was off. But other than that, everything else about our room was great.

Breakfast variety wasn't great, bed was thin and old. Massage room wasn't kept well but masseuse did a good job.

Lovely stay at Eleven Pearl. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were really friendly especially Thomas and Gilbert the barmen. They were always very helpful, giving us tips on where to visit in Diani. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Some staff need a little more training in customer service. The music does not need to be loud and party like any time before 7pm!

the hotel is sitting on one of most Beautiful beaches I have ever been. the sand is white and very clean with bath warm water!! The hotel itself is a cluster of beautifully designed thatched accommodation, restaurant and bar area. the front of the hotel is a garden area with monkeys, baboons and other’s(😊) bouncing from tree to tree, absolutely stunning to watch. the whole facility feels safe and very welcoming.

First room: - AC Broken - cockroaches in the bed Second room: - ‘ensuite’ was a toilet in the open room with a small curtain around it - ‘double bed’ was 2 single beds pushed together, less than 6foot in length - bitten in the night by what looked like bed bugs Facilities: - gym is filthy and damp, visited and was left with grime all over myself after using the equipment - provided with 1L water for 2 people to share, after this have to buy water. - stayed half board (as per website booking) but charged extra for all meals and drinks other than breakfast (despite having to check out early due to the above) - breakfast covered in more flies than I have seen before in any establishment I would not recommend this place to anyone. The team were in general polite and courteous in helping us move rooms when cockroaches were found in the bed however the second room had just as many issues. We checked out early and lost our money as the team would not offer a refund. I was informed by a lady who introduced herself as the CEO ‘welcome to Africa’ ‘cockroaches are to be expected’. I assume this was one of the eleven French investors in the company and it saddens me that this is the attitude they would take. I’m fortunate to have travelled to six continents and lived around the globe. I have stayed in much much cheaper accomodation than this and have never experienced this level of unhygienic practice and callousness. Thankfully our next hotel in Diani was cheaper, nicer, cleaner and, unsurprisingly, no cockroaches. The photos are, in my opinion, not representative of the hotel and I would encourage anyone to think twice before booking here.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a pool view room and thought that I would've been envious of the seaview rooms. But I actually loved my little room, it was very quiet and relaxing. The beach front area was also lovely day and night for lounging and dining.

Some of the sunbed mattresses were a little thin an uncomfortable.

Food quality was really good. service at the restaurant from Francesca was exceptional. The below team members are an asset for this property: Joker, Francesca, gardeners and the two ladies at the reception. sorry I can’t recall both names (Naima and the other lady) - Also the HSK lady that cleaned our room.

The WIFi needs to be improved. the only area that I could check emails was at the restaurant. in the room, bar and sun beds it did to work and it was extremely difficult to get connected.

The bar area facilities were good. Breakfast was good and well presented.

I’m 6’4” so the bed wasn’t big enough for me.
