Actually the host provided the passkey code for the door lock 3-5 days prior to our actual arrival. Very attentive, we needed an iron and the host provided one the morning after our arrival. The host also provided us with information on places from dinning to sightseeing.

Nothing, the host was very pleasant and prompt with their responses to our inquiries. We will be coming back in January for my wife’s birthday.

Loved that the property is very clean, the walk thru the outside easy to walk to the apartment, everything was perfect.

The only thing i would suggest is when informing about taking trash out or on the last stay to text customers a day ahead. So all customers know what to do with trash and before leaving the property know what to do before leaving the property.
