The location was good.

In 2nd day they told us the washing machine and dryer are broken and can't be used!!! The bathrooms, kitchen, were inconvenient. We paid for whole house but they only gave us only 1 room upstairs with 30 stairs.

Tvs at bedrooms did not work. Empty boxes under stairs. Lot of water from AC units at the balcons. Some improvements needed.

Outside of being very comfortable and clean. They had a little bit of everything in the house that we could actually access it was very nice. And when I really like was that they had towels for you to take with you to the pool I had never seen that.

That it rained everyday but of course that's mother nature's nobody can control.

Right across the street from the beach. Stores and restaurants were close by. Private and quiet, just a beautiful place to stay. Everyone at the property was so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Unit was very clutter. They need to get rid of stuff that is broken. They could use some organizational skills on the items in their kitchen cabinet and linens. They could use new beach chairs and outside table. The table they had was broken.

Location was superb and the hosts were as well.

Bathroom floors and toilets need upgrading. And towels proffered could be newer.

Everything was really close to all your needs.

The place is amazing, total relaxation and has ALL amenities of your home! Very clean, hosts were awesome! Extremely secure and a fantastic place for children....beach is very calm, very clear and a fun pier to jump off.....The place is extremely comfortable for 4-6 people.....The rocker in the living room will be a chair to fight for while you watch netflix after the beach on a 65 inch as if in a theatre..! To me, for being a local, I found a great "best kept secret" which will frequent to get out of busy San Juan area within a 20 minute ride! By the way, Price is Right!!!! If you forget anything, approximately 1 mile to CVS, Walgreens, supermarket and fast food!!

As stated beach was awesome, but like the caribbean, not all sand is the same, and I would recommend water shoes...I m sure due to past storms brought in some gravelly rocks, however not in abundance....if you have sensitive feet, wear rubber shoes or flip flops, water is lake type calm so you should not worry about losing them....

I liked that the beach was right across the street, also that it was gated community. I loved the owner was attentive and very nice. Also the ones who cleaned the airbnb were the best.
