House was gorgeous with amazing layout including TV room, large kitchen, conservatory & huge garden. All bedrooms are doubles & decorated to a high standard. Lovely touches including breakfast & chocolates! Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants & the sea!!!! Would definitely recommend.

Out of hosts control but the neighbours (large family) were quite loud late at night & then very early in the morning. Bed was a bit too soft for my preference but I like extra firm mattress. Neither ruined the stay but FYI.

Personal touches were lovely especially the welcome chocolates and written messages. The property itself was great value for money and very spacious. The decor, equipment and facilities were great. The garden will be a great feature when finished - we loved the seagull who visited in the mornings to knock on the window. Overall very happy that we found this to be available last minute.

Noisy neighbours were a bit of a pain talking very loudly after 10:30pm both nights, the beds were a bit too soft.

A lovely family sized home, extremely clean & comfortable, would highly recommend this property. Excellent communication with owner.

Was perfect

Location was perfect on the outskirts of ramsgate so 2 minutes from shopping centre and supermarkets and 10 minutes from Margate. No where is particularly far in ramsgate anyway. The house is exceptional and being in the building trade myself I can tell the effort that has gone into this house with lots of nice features. Reclining sofas making a comfy time watching Netflix at night. The WiFi is excellent. I watch lots on my phone and never had an issue (even outside in garden). Hotels worked out more expensive per night. We will 100% be staying again next time we visit family.

Great property

Lovely welcome and breakfast basket. The house is the perfect location. The kiddies loved the mini boxes of Cereal. Nice touch. We loved the fresh bread, eggs and butter. We hid the chocolates though 😆 It's a perfect location for driving to the beach, shops, night life and lots of places to eat! We loved just hanging out around the house and loved all the seating spots around the garden too!

Pillows were too soft for me but I guess they are easy to clean.
