Appartement is situated directly in the city center, the most things are easily reached by foot. Very quiet. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked without problem. There is also a washing machine/dryer.

It would have been nice, if some things/groceries were already in the kitchen for guests, like salt, oil or maybe coffee. A carpet beneath the sofa would maybe make the living room more comfortable. It may seem a little blank.

Well located

First they gave us the wrong check-in instructions so we enter an occupied room. Then 3 days after the check out they contacted us to ask us to pay for the bathroom. We have never broke it and in was in perfect conditions when We left. This is very dishonest.

Very comfy, modern and secure. Hot water and all the basic necessities.

The "dryer" is combined with the washer. It only steams dry. I had a really hard time figuring out how to make it work, it's in Greek lol. And you clothes won't be dry if your in a hurry. You do have to use the clothes rack. It would have been also good to have 1-2 extra garbage bags and an extra roll of paper toilet.

The appartment is amazing, well crafted and designed. Absolutely good! The only issue is there is no lift to reach up and its on third floor, so if your with luggage your in big mess, I had 4 bags - 2 of 25kg and 2 of 15kg! So you can well imagine my check-in scene! And I had absolutely no idea about this issue and upon check-in I contacted the property and they said its already mentioned on booking page, I cannot find it even while writing the review. The property did help me to get luggage down for check out so that went well. Definately good appartment if you are travelling here and want to stay at centre!

We loved the design and the attention to every detail! Everything is new and very trendy.

It would be great to have some coffee capsules for the nespresso machine on arrival but it's not a big deal.

The location was just fabulous! Right in the heart of the city with access to amazing cultural monuments, restaurants, bars and shops. it was an excellent base to visit the island of Crete. The apartment was. very clean at arrival and looked very high end. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location in centre of town for shopping, restaurants and cafés, everything you want and need. Also two minutes away from main square where you could catch all buses to the airport, to the beach and excursions - so very convenient. Excellent place to stay - modern, good layout of apt, all amenities you need and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended!

Minor thing - more hangers but let owners know and they were willing to come bring more right away.

A great, well furnished apartment in the very centre of Heraklion. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, with great aircon. Check-in and out was very easy.

Whilst it didn't get any street noise and was quiet throughout the night, it does back on to a yard which was very noisy during the day. This is unavoidable, and was not disruptive if you are out all day.
