The location was brilliant for the town and the promenade. There was free on-road parking. The house was clean and bright. The information folder was useful.

A downstairs toilet would have been useful. There were not enough comfortable seats in the living room. It was not always easy to find a parking space nearby.

Great house in a lovely location. Sarah has thought of everything and it felt like a home away from home. Loads of space, well equipped kitchen, really comfy beds and an environment where you could really relax in comfort. The chest full of board games was a big hit with everyone!

The property is fantastic - wonderfully clean and has everything you require. The location is superb - 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk into the centre of Hythe. There is a small suntrap of a garden at the back!

Excellent location, close to beach, park and town. The house is deceptively spacious and had plenty of room for the six of us. It was clean and bright and had everything we needed to make a comfortable stay.

The only problem was the shower which could not stop the water spilling onto the bathroom floor and soaking the bath mat.

It was bigger than it looked on the photos and it already looked big on the photos! it was very comfortable, warm, clean and Sarah had thought of everything.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.
