Quizá algún detalle en l habitación. Me sorprendió que no hubiese caja fuerte. O igual que los dosificadores de la ducha, colocar en el lavabo con jabón y body lotion.

Amazing, kind, and happy staff would clean our room during our stay. (3 teens, 1 adult) No issues with new toiletries or towels when requested. Gym and Pool was very nice! Our room was incredible! Best breakfast bar I have ever had! Drop off key box for easy express check out!

It was super clean beautiful bedroom, spacious, very helpful staff ! I enjoy the gym it was very nice! The breakfast was very good too!

The smell throughout the hotel was amazing, the location was great, the area was quiet and the staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast could have been a bit better but satisfying. The snack bar at the side of the front desk came in handy the first night, so great job with that.

The wifi connection was slow on the second night, it was connected with no internet.

Très bon petit déjeuner, très propre, chambre spacieuse et personnel très serviable et sympathique. L'emplacement est loin pour visiter Miami mais proche pour faire les Everglades.

This hotel is average and ok, I felt quite safe and that is of course important characteristic. At least this was good.

I forgot my favorite black running $200 shoes at my room on the floor of relatively smaller dark closet. Unfortunately, nobody from this hotel really bothered to help me get those back. I contacted this hotel via booking and they actually replied that they will let me know next day since their housekeeping staff just left. They never contacted me back. So I called them and told desk person this story, it was Thursday, 01Feb, afternoon (if I read the date and time in my skype call correctly since there is 6 hours difference between my country and US and not sure what time Skype used/uses for this call time record) and the desk man was ok at first but than become arrogant without any reason, told me that he will not call me back and that it is their policy I need to call back again next day morning (this was after this hotel replied to me here on booking that they are going to reply to me next day, which I told him). He also told me that the hotel is not liable for those shoes and basically "they/he don't/doesn't care"). Since I needed to go back to my country and didn't have time to show up at this hotel in person, or contact them again, I never saw my shoes and somebody just probably disposed of them to trash, considering who would use used running shoes of specific size...

O café da manhã ótimo, a localização um pouco longe, mas nada que tire o mérito das qualidades do hotel.

El desayuno estuvo excelente 👌, el trato de todos los trabajadores es maravilloso, la limpieza es muy muy buena,la habitación es cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Nosotros solo estuvimos una noche,no fui al gimnasio ni a la piscina, por eso no opino sobre esas áreas, pero para mi todo lo demás es 👌 excelente.
