I checked in and checked back out hallway and room had a smell now to mention guest in other room was having a screaming match that made me vey uncomfortable so I left

Cleaned better made sure the rooms smell clean Entrance cleanliness was so so Walking the route through hallways up keep was kinda okay but stitch of odor was horrible

Room was spacious, lots of counter/desk space, great WIFI (occasionally have to log back into network), kitchenette & kitchenware included, full refrigerator, ice maker inside freezer (slide button to turn on & off), microwave oven, dishwasher, garburator (garbage disposal), comfortable bed, EXCELLENT shower water pressure, complimentary refillable Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, shelves in bathroom & kitchen areas, free parking, later checkout time at Noon, nice BBQ patio & swimming pool area, nice view of Miami Executive Airport, free small appliance borrow locker - crock pots, blenders, toaster ovens, umbrellas, BBQ cooking utensils, George Foreman indoor grill, juicer, sandwich maker, panini press grill), free fruit (apples, oranges & bananas), free recycled filtered water system in gym area, free washer & dryer use (laundry basket in closet), free safe in closet area, staff was very friendly and helpful (except Tony Barrios, Day Manager, who has an attitude problem and no empathy). Location was very good, no nearby tolls, close to shopping, restaurants, Aldi, Costco, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Target & Walmart Supercenter.

No breakfast, no recycling, no air fryer or stove, no scissors in kitchen drawer, no luggage rack, no bathroom fan, no HOT water in bathroom sink area, shower curtain is 1 inch too short so water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor. Microwave oven could be upgraded to have oven option so you can roast, bake and cook items in there. Room doors are super loud closing and can be heard from down the hallway. Rooms are not sound proofed as you can still hear the airplanes fly by and sometimes late at night/early in the morning. (Since it’s a private airport, planes fly lesser than the main Miami Int'l Airport) Bathroom & kitchen areas you can hear the floor above you, toilet flushing, shower/bath + bathroom sink water running, people stomping/walking. Pets are allowed at this hotel so you can hear dogs barking non-stop at times. Just off 136th Street so frequently loud, noisy cars, motorcycles & trucks would go by, may not be suitable for light sleepers. Someone was smoking on the 4th floor that I was on and I reported it to the front desk as you can smell cigarette smoke in the halls and the cigarette smoke was coming into my room. I turned on the a/c and most of it went away. This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking and all areas around it.

Note: If you request a particular time for housekeeping to come by and they came 1.5 hours early, what is the point of requesting that time slot? I got woken up by housekeeping (knocked loudly 4 times speaking Spanish) and I had the Do Not Disturb (Candlewood Suites “Catch Me Later” magnet sign) on my door. Housekeeping doesn't speak or understand English, I complained to Tony Barrios, the Day Manager, and he said “It’s a work in progress”. Tony also said if the "Catch Me Later" magnet sign is on your door that it doesn't matter and housekeeping just ignores the magnet sign. Like what the??? Well, sorry I DO NOT like being woken up from my sleep and I think most can agree especially people who are night owls. Also, I DID NOT request for a wake up call.
