Staff is really bad.. every time I come here there’s new people at the desk and the process to check in is different … I don’t understand why I can’t pay with Apple Pay and Why I cannot pay the safe deposit with another card that isn’t the same the one with I pay for the stay… people at the front desk with airpods during the process nd sometimes we don’t know if they are listening… really bad… the bedroom had poor illumination…

I was required to do an online preregistration with my ID and credit card, but still had to present my credit card again at the front desk. My credit card had already been verified online. I was told online that I only needed to pick up my room key at the front desk.

The room was handicap . I did not request and the manager stated that hitels .com often does that without notyfying customer. The room was not vacumned,trash not removed,no kleenex replaced,cockroaches in drawer and refrigerator not too cold. Freezer didnt work! The shower didnt work well then the second night didnt work at all do we couldnt take showers. First night .recieved wake up call but not the second night so we missed breakfast. I spoke with managrr before checking out just offred apology. Good customer service would've been a freenight credit for the major inconvenience! I used my key credits and amm requesting a one night credit back for major inconvenience experienced.

I stayed there for 3 nights, it was amazing

We stayed in a room with two queen beds supposedly up to four people we wear three first day we noticed only two towels on the bathroom next morning I went to the front desk and ass if they could give us at least three towels well no again next day two towels I went to the front desk for the third time to us for at least 3 hours but again no only two towers I don't understand because from the beginning the room says up to four people so why when we arrive they were only two towels you don't know how many people will be staying at the moment of the housekeeping cleaning the room so why they don't have at least four towels I don't know it's Big John my imagination but even requesting it didn't work also the soap and shampoo dispenser on the bathrooms dispense one drop of the liquid at the time so to get a decent amount of shampoo or soap you have to put it like 120 times it's ridiculous and I don't know who got the great idea out of doing a shower with no door and every time you take it back the whole bathroom get wet, oso on the first day often with She's what Sunday on the break friend the was only boiled eggs know any other variation of eggs only boiled eggs no omelets nor the scramble we only having breakfast somewhere else other than that everything else was fine.

We stayed a whole week... error.. no internet in the room! incredible this in 2024! We reported the problem several times, no action.. Water free flow in the shower, we reported, the took 2 days to send a person, that didn't fix anything... No service to the room everyday!!! spent first 4 nights without even change of towels... In summary, never again into this hotel. NOT one single expedia VIP benefit recognized...

Nice property, and very friendly staff. However, every day i returned to my room i had to revisit the front desk to have my key activated.
