Location was fabulous!

The people above us were very noisy.

Wonderful location, beach clean and not over crowded.

The location since it was very near to the beach and away from the more crowded main area of the island. It was good access to get off the island to visit other locations. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable with an enjoyable balcony facing the sea.

Poor customer service from Southern Belle Properties. On the first morning, a construction crew began hammering on the outside wall before 8am. It was very noisy, woke us up early and disturbed privacy as they appeared in the kitchen and bedroom windows. They then covered the windows with Tyvek. The property was not usable because of this. Even though we had several contacts and were told that they would get back to us with a solution/compensation. They offered to move us on the last day of our stay which is not acceptable. They told us repeatedly that a manager would respond to us regarding compensation and no one has responded. We would not consider booking with them again.
