Too many steps

Felt really cosy and homey, and the host left us a lovely note as well as some useful fridge items and cookies! Beautiful area, we saw a family of deer in one of the fields close by!

The small bed had plastic sheets that were uncomfortable and warm - my partner’s father slept there. There was also no shop nearby that we could find, but it was such a small little village that we weren’t really expecting things like that.

The cottage had so many extras it felt like home from home. It was clear the cottage had been decorated with love and it felt like the owner just wanted her guests to enjoy her cottage.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. There was no dishwasher which we are used to at home but can’t think of many rentals that have sky tv. I think the only criticism is our booking said no dogs so we had to get someone to look after ours only to get there and see dogs were allowed so that was disappointing. But the cottage was so lovely we would definitely return

It was perfect for our little holiday. The cottage had everything we needed. All the toys and books were great for our little girl. The extra little things like the bed guard made a great first time in a big girl bed!

beautifully decorated property, modern and comfortable. the host left sufficient information related to use of the property and a welcome gift. I travelled for business purposes however would very likely re-visit for a holiday with my family.

it was beautiful with the added bonus of bei g decorated for Christmas. Made it feel really special. Hope to return at some point

The house was amazing. Every possible thing had been thought of. My little one loved all the toys, and everything that we could possibly need for him was there. It felt like you were staying in a home away from home. Maddie was amazing with all her messages to let us know what was around in the area. The pub recommendation was fantastic too. It was all perfect for what we needed

A lovely little cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located for my needs. I had no problem parking outside the cottage.

Not a fault of the cottage, I guess I was just unlucky, but had to endure a barking dog in the property next door for 6 hours on the second day of my stay.

The cottage is perfectly situated in a quiet village and has everything you need for lovely holiday.

Lovely quiet location with shops and services fairly close by. The cottage was fantastic. We felt at home straight away. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect location for our visit to Longleat. A very comfortable cottage, lovely comfy beds, great shower and everything we needed for a short stay with our daughter (thank you Maddie for putting up the stair gate). We enjoyed our evenings in the comfy lounge with a roaring log fire watching Netflix. Can recommend La Campagna, we enjoyed our meal and their hospitality, and only a couple of minutes walk. Thank you Maddie we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again another day, hopefully in better weather so we can enjoy the garden - amazing views! :-)

Beautiful, cosy cottage. It was so well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were so comfy with the softest sheets! Perfect location to visit Longleat safari park. Would love to visit again.

Well stocked with essential and comfortable Items and furnishings, individual styling made the most of the small property

overall was extremely happy. it’s a lovely cottage and the restaurant opposite was really nice

Check out was at 11am but the cleaner knocked at 10:05 asking what time we was leaving. I think this was unnecessary and made us feel rushed so we left before 11am.

A quiet peaceful village that is within easy reach of the main tourist attractions and cities.

It has become a dumping ground for excessive amounts of toys, glasses and ornaments so that there was little room for our things. The shower head is not fastened to the wall, I rang the owners number and left a message but never got a reply.
