Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious house with comfortable beds for a very good price.Being located in a quiet part of the city is a little bit far from the beach, but as we had a car, it wasn't an issue. Free street parking close to the property.

it was close to the sea.
The whole house was smelling of damp from the moment you walked in. The downstairs cupboard was covered in damp. Does not really help when your kids suffer from asthma. The downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close so we had to shower with it open. The kitchen cupboards and draws stunk of damp as well. Parking was a issue as it was on a very steep hill. Also argued with the neighbors. Would not be visiting Swansea again in the future. Despite contact nothing was done, no refund or partial refund was given and then they want to hound us for a review!!

The property was on a steep hill but was not told about the bathroom had damage to the Walls it seems the walls had damp the cleaning cupboard was dirty and smelly and we could only use one television down stairs when will my deposit be put back in to my account the walls in the bathroom needing painting i have booked several times with you this property has changed my mind about booking ever again

House was very clean, spacious and good for family with all equipment you need.perfect house honestly!
The house was on a steep hill, at the top! Good thing we had big cars and driving up wasn't an issue but if you have children it's a bit inconvenient and dangerous. Only downfall is the house was at the top of the hill

House was dirty.After our journey on arrival we had to clean the house .The walls were filthy and the bin bags from previous tenants been left at the door step.The carpet and the floor was left with stains.The oven was never been cleaned and the atmosphere from the house was smelling dump.We even found a can from an empty fizzy drink next to the bed.The tv's were playing only on demand and not through cable and the only app was playing it was youtube.The two seater sofa was broken from one side .After the direct complaint after 1 hour upon arrival to the agency nobody interested to assist us further but only requesting evidence for the complaint through emails. It was an awful place to stay for my family and we definitely not recommend it.
Pictures , emails and videos can been provided upon request.
I hope they will change their cleaners and improve their management in the future.
