Struttura troppo datata ma pulita. Letto piuttosto comodo. Posizione comoda per Fermata autobus.

Struttura molto datata. Tipo casa di nonna morta da poco. Nessuna guardiania.lllppp po' responsabile, benché avvisato con largo anticipo e in orario di check in, si è presentato con più di un' ora di ritardo. Siccome pioveva, non è stato piacevole attendere in strada. Telefono su booking riferito all' utenza di un ristorante (?)e Comunque staccato. La promessa di inviare un recapito più raggiungibile e un' indicazione di un ristorante dove cenare è rimasta solo una promessa. Mi è stato consegnato un asciugamano da viso certamente pulito ma... e nessun altro confort. Vasca da bagno ripitturata che neanche a casa di mia nonna. Un filo d'acqua dal rubinetto del lavandino. Posizione molto rumorosa per via della ferrovia troppo vicina e infissi centenari. Purtroppo persino ospiti un po' loschi. Insomma sono stata sfortunata, la prossima volta cercherò un' altra sistemazione più confortevole e, soprattutto, più sicura.

Location was good Romm was spacious

No proper lighting in the room so after evening it was totally dark with only 1 lamp available Electircal connection for other lamp was broken, one more lamp was broken Lots of duct below TV stand

the room and bathroom were very clean

the light from the corridor passes through the door into the room, at night it is somewhat uncomfortable to sleep

The host and the woman cleaning everyday were really nice. The Check in was easy and swift and the rooms very spacious. If you’re lucky you can choose which room you want and therefore choose the balcony and view. My view was absolutely stunning and I spent multiple sunsets just looking at the mountains. You can get to most parts of Genova within 20 minutes using the busses and there are a lot of supermarkets and a few food spots near.

The kitchen is big and has every basic supply needed. You have to start the stove with a lighter though so remember to bring one of those long ones if you can’t do it with a normal one(without burning your hand) like me.

The size of the room. Beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet facility. Being able to use the washing machine.

The stove didn’t work. The towels were tiny. The wifi was off until we reported it. Some of the plugs didn't work. No proper shower facilities. No TV. Not possible to do self catering. Toilet paper ran out. No service of rooms as per ad.
