It’s a great location .

It’s not a 4 star hotel , it’s a 3 star at best . Needs a lot of updating .

the room felt unfinished, there was no room telephone, but everything told us to us it for in room dining and valet. no decorations, but a few photos and rug on balcony. and the walls still seems to be in the process of being painted

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful view, very accommodating hotel. The Deck has great drinks.

the staff were rude. an alarm went off in the middle of the night. they charged $30 to park.

Because it’s close to the water

beautiful renovated rooms. I was very impressed. the location was perfect. sunset was amazing. and the Deck was fun!

they charged an additional $25 resort fee which was not included when I received the confirmation booking. they did not mention this at check in either. the only reason I found out is because I called the hotel after I checked out to check which card I used for payment as I wasn’t sure. had I not called, I wouldn’t have known!

overall just a really bad experience especially for it being the first time that we even heard about this place. i was concerned for my sons and i safety and yet no one on duty seemed to care at all.

Nothing, rooms were dirty, little flies. Mosquitoes, carpet very dirty smell like old odor of whet dirty carpet , not dusted, I will never stay again . Worst than motel six, very noise noice on a Saturday at 7 am . Front desk not helpful it all , I will not recommend to no one . Very expensive. It’s not worth it . I’m a person with lost of problems wi the two days we stay ,

Clean up dated rooms . More mirrors. Bigger rooms a better cleaner supplies. It was really dirty . Descanting . We got sick being in that room #62 very expensive, for what we got . The buildings also were very dirty everything .

Great location but we initially were taken to the a room that was not the room type we booked which was a huge issue but we were moved to another room the following day. Based on comments we heard the room issue seems to be a disconnect between bookings.com and the hotel as it is a reoccurring issue.

We were taken to the wrong room type and had to spend our first night in that room which was disappointing. I had to spend a large portion of time resolving this issue with bookings.com and the hotel staff.

Booking.com presented a wrong listing of the property. Definitely not the one shown above. Very limited sea view and the room was smelling. Very disappointed

Was a little worried with the negative reviews on here but so happy we gave this place a chance. It was clean and right by the beach. Was wonderful hearing the ocean all night, on the comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Had the premier king room and the kitchenette was well stocked. Awesome appliances too. Bathroom was clean and good size, with fresh towels both days. Location was perfect; short walk to several eateries and the parks. Walking to the park along the beach was great too. All staff we encountered were great!

No complaints! Will return here.

Staff was lacking in hospitality and friendliness. Got lost looking for my room with half hearted directions (pointing in general vicinity) not very helpful.

Staff was mediocre and no free parking even though I am paying over $500 a night.
