Amazing location and wonderful staff.

Poor maintenance and upkeep let the location down. Our room had a very stale, damp odor the entire stay even with all door and windows kept open. The sheet did not feel clean and the bedroom had a lingering smell of stinky shoes or wet dog the entire stay. To be fair to the hotel and staff we did not make complain to give opportunity to address or respond as the room type selected was booked out and we only had 2night stay.

Location is right on the beach, which is nice and feels private.

Outside of the facility could use some maintenance. parking is tight, but they do have extra offsite parking which was nice and spacious.

We paid a lot to get an Oceanview room--expecting to have a room that opened directly out to the beach so we could hear the ocean. Instead, we got a room that opened to the noisy PCH on one side, and a balcony door that opened out into a courtyard where you could see out to the ocean if you stood on a chair. We realized immediately that our room wasn't adjacent to the beach, so we went to the front desk to see if we could move. Their computers were down, and the kind staff member said he couldn't even see what rooms were free, but would move us the next day. We did move to an oceanfront room the next day, and it was nice. They did not give us any money back for our first night. This place was entirely too expensive for what they have to offer. Breakfast was types of bread like muffins, toast, bagels, danish, and they had hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and cereals. They had juice and coffee as well. The photos of this hotel showed an extended sandy beach, but there were really mostly rocks. I don't even know how they took that picture to crop out all the rocks. Anyway, this is not the hotel we would pick for a vacation to hang at the beach.

Location was great and sleeping with the sound of the surf was awesome. Breakfast was an unexpected treat. Staff were off scale great and super helpful. We will stay again.

Excellent location near pristine beaches and shops. Nice common areas to soak up the ocean views. Our upgraded room, with a view, exceeded our expectations. We could hear the waves crashing, while in bed. The bed itself was very comfortable and the pool was perfectly warm. Outstanding staff, as well. Will recommend and return:)

The property was unique in layout of rooms on various levels with a wonderful, large deck to sit or layout in the sun on. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was. They were friendly and eager to help with any needs.

The property needs a little upgrading but the rooms were neat and clean.

Capri is a lovely hotel which is a terrific budget option to nearby places in Laguna. Although this is a two star hotel they go above and beyond to make it comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone whether a budget or lux traveller - although it is a fairly basic accomodation every element is well put together and the staff in particular are really lovely. Comfortable beds, great location. Shout out to Bashir. Fantastic place with a lovely view!

It had such a lovely Mediterranean feel. Was very clean and felt freshly painted , decor not tired - seemed well maintained . Great to have onsite parking. Was able to walk everywhere because of its great location

The location is perfect, right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water. we listened to the surf crashing on the shore as we drifted off to sleep each night. Although the location is ideal and the rooms are more than clean and comfortable, it is the staff who really made our stay exceptional. Morgan at the reception desk, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. That’s the reason we are repeat customers.
